Chapter One
Mohan hated meeting with the suits, especially unscheduled meetings. Looking down at his black boots, black jeans, and the contrasting white T-shirt, he didn’t really belong in the executive suites. But here he sat in the office of the hotel manager, Mr. Regan, and the VP of Special Public Relations, Aaron Chase. Mohan tried not to fidget as Aaron shot him a smile. The two men waited while Regan finished a phone call. Aaron’s spiky, golden brown hair reflected the Vegas sun from the huge windows. Mohan tried to ignore him. A meeting with the one guy he’d wanted to strip and screw ever since he’d moved his tattoo parlor into the hotel was more than he’d planned on today. No doubt messing around at work would be a bad idea. With Regan in the room, Mohan knew he’d behave. At thirty-five, Mohan had started over a few times between Michigan and Las Vegas. He liked Vegas, but he still attracted the wrong men, despite several lessons from bad breakups. No more screwed-up guys crashing with him and being into him until they moved on. Aaron didn’t seem like a user unless you got in his way up the corporate ladder; the guy was a VP at twenty-eight, a big achiever in expensive suits with a BMW convertible. He didn’t need money.

The guy filled out his suits with a strong frame. Mohan saw him in the hotel gym all the time, glimpsing just enough to tempt him even more. Aaron’s blue eyes caught his and gave Mohan the sensation of being tangled in the fantasy. The heat between them grew every time they were in the same room. Mohan wanted to take off that suit of Aaron’s and get to the real man. To date, Mohan hadn’t made a move. A boyfriend on the executive level, who could potentially end up an ex-boyfriend, would be bad. If Aaron ever left the hotel, things could be different. But he’d never do it while either of them still worked here. He didn’t want to be seen as using Aaron for perks in the hotel. The competition in the tattoo business grew more cutthroat every year. He’d tried it with partners, and it had cost him all he’d put into it and more. Now Mohan went solo, even if it meant lonely nights working on his art and a tattoo shop that happened to be located in a hotel with a pirate theme. A business-minded guy like Aaron might not understand that all Mohan wanted was a decent life on his terms. He’d be able to do his art without the fallout of executives or the politics of a boss someday. “Sorry about that.” Regan hung up the phone. “Mr. Patel, we’ve got things to discuss about your lease. As you know, your one-year contract is almost up.” It didn’t sound good. Mohan cleared his throat. “I realize I’ve lost a few key artists, but I’m working on replacing them.” One girl had fallen for a guy in a hot band and followed him to L.A. Another, his best portrait artist, had moved down to San Diego and opened his own shop. That left Mohan’s place staffed with two designers who lacked extensive experience. People loved Mohan’s art, but he didn’t have the flare for marketing. He had the temperament of an artist and knew it. “It’s not about the turnover. That happens in a large hotel. However, your name recognition and that of India Ink Tattoo Parlor hasn’t grown as much as we’d like.” Aaron leaned forward in his chair. “There are a lot of tattoo parlors in Vegas. Being in the Pirate’s Cove Hotel is a great convenience, but India Ink needs to be a draw on its own.”

Mohan watched Aaron’s body for business signals as well as for pleasure. The business message was clear. The suits had decided to kick out India Ink. “You’re not renewing my lease?” He saw no reason to extend the meeting and waste more time. Mohan knew rejection well. The son of a businessman and his young bride, who’d moved to America from India, Mohan couldn’t live up to their pressure. He’d been kicked out of better and worse places, but an artist’s life meant struggle at times, not the stability his parents wanted to see for him. “We realize your place is making money, but other, more profitable businesses have put in bids for that space, and we have to consider all our options.” Mr. Regan’s monotone left the room cold. “I can pay more rent.” He didn’t know how, but he hated to give up after all the work he’d invested. Aaron’s hand hit his arm in a supportive gesture. “It’s not just that. The statistics expected from a tattoo parlor aren’t matching up with your numbers. We need a draw. Something to bring them in and keep them here for other things. We haven’t made any firm decisions yet, so I suggested we run it by you in case you had any new publicity coming up.” Mohan felt a rush and tried to focus on his business problem instead of the intense attraction. Aaron throwing him a bone wouldn’t help matters at this point. He had his pride, and if nothing else, moving meant no more Aaron temptation. “Nothing planned. I have a few more weeks.” “And it’s not decided yet.” Regan held up his hand. “At this point, we don’t plan on extending the renewal offer. If you have any other locations in mind, we wouldn’t discourage that.” Aaron shot Regan a frown when he wasn’t looking. Mohan knew Aaron had superior people skills; he handled celebrities and the housekeeping staff with equal charm. His tanned good looks and flawless smile kept all the women speculating. The smooth professional detachment he displayed often confused Mohan.

The suit went stag to every event. Mohan didn’t need to guess. Aaron went solo for the same reason he played golf. Even in Vegas, rich white guys mostly ruled the world. You played by their rules unless you had the money to make your own. Deep down, Mohan couldn’t fault Aaron for keeping things quiet if he had a boyfriend, but Mohan had been the secret before and never intended go there again. As tempting as Aaron looked, even in a suit, Mohan had kept his distance with good reason. He had to watch his own back. After a few moments of silence, Mohan stood and shook Regan’s hand. “Thanks for your time. Let me know when you’ve made a final decision. I’d like another year or even six months to rebuild my staff and do some publicity. The timing hasn’t worked out for the best, but I understand either way.” He nodded to Aaron and headed for the door. Aaron followed. “I’ll walk you out.” Once they closed the door, Aaron shook his head. “Sorry. Regan is good with the big picture, but not people. You really just need a splash.” “Splash?” The word choice amused Mohan. Aaron looked like a buff surfer, not the type to say such a buzzword. “An event. A celebrity. Publicity that isn’t bought but covered by the hounding press.” Aaron stood close as they walked away from Regan’s office. The six administrative assistants on the floor listened while trying to look busy. This hotel had quite a grapevine, and Mohan didn’t want to be on it. “Isn’t it your job to keep those harassing press guys away? The hotel is supposed to protect the guests’ privacy.” Mohan did his best not to study the line of Aaron’s suit. All buttoned-up, with a checkered tie, the man looked trapped, but he didn’t seem to mind. Aaron flashed a big grin. “Sure, if they really want me to keep the press away. Celebs get their fame and fortune from the press, and the press makes a living. You get a reporter

who goes too far now and then, but we control the access. Sometimes they don’t want their picture taken, but then there are the rare ones. Elody Trut, she wants to be left alone.” “That nineteen-year-old singer who’s in rehab again?” Mohan didn’t follow the Hollywood world much, but he heard his employees talking. His appointment boy loved to have E! on in the background all day. “Yeah, and she wants to start off here after rehab instead of going right home to her old habits and friends. She’s from Vegas originally; her family and friends who knew her before she was famous are here. So we’ll protect her and keep it quiet.” Aaron paused outside his office. Mohan refused to fantasize about pushing Aaron into that office and ripping his clothes off. He had a business problem. “Why tell me?” Aaron leaned in close. “She’s over eighteen. She might visit your place, so make sure none of your employees spill it by accident, or on purpose. Those reporters are good with a bribe.” The smell of him sent sparks down Mohan’s body. “You ever give in?” “If I leaked news about the celebs here, I’d lose my job. Lots of temptation to resist around here, but I’m tough.” Mohan couldn’t agree more. The temptation to make a move pounded in his veins. Even if Mohan’s parlor relocated, his attraction to Aaron wouldn’t disappear. Aaron was the sexiest man at the Pirate’s Cove Hotel and Casino. “Aaron!” a light, feminine voice called from the elevator area. Both men turned, and Aaron grinned at the two young women. One of them was curvy and tanned with enough attitude to see it coming blocks away, and the other blonde and thin. She looked like Aaron. “Hey, sis.” Aaron crossed the open area and hugged her. “You all checked in?”

“Sure. Thanks for the comp hotel room; it’s gorgeous!” The blonde girl looked at Mohan. “Who’s your friend?” “Sorry. Mohan, this is my sister, Ash, and her girlfriend, Blanca. They’re on a cheap spring break.” “Plus, I never get to see my big brother because he’s always working so hard. Nice to meet you.” Ash had the family smile. And her girlfriend? Maybe alternative lifestyles ran in the family. “Nice to meet you.” Mohan nodded. “Great tattoo!” Blanca grabbed Mohan’s arm. “Who did it?” “One of my guys. My design, but he did the ink.” “You design them?” Ash studied it. “He owns India Ink. It’s right here in the hotel.” Aaron nodded. “We’re not old enough to gamble, but we’re old enough for this. We’ve got to remember our first college spring break!” Blanca nudged Ash. “What about you, Aaron? Any ink?” “Not yet. I’ve been thinking about it, though. Have to hide it at the office, but a little knotwork or something.” “Stop by any time. I’ll do something custom.” Mohan sensed the family bond and backed off. “Nice meeting you.” “You too,” Ash said. Aaron nodded. “Thanks.” “We’ll see you later.” Blanca winked. Mohan’d seen it before. She was plotting her tattoo already. Vegas was a popular spot for spring break now. College kids loved to get tattoos. At the moment, it was Aaron’s tattoo that had Mohan’s imagination. The idea of touching Aaron and inking him sent Mohan’s

mind to very graphic places. Aaron wasn’t really the type. He’d talk tough but never do it, even though Aaron had a great body to show off ink. With the reality sinking in, Mohan had to decide what to do now. In a few weeks, he might be looking for a new location in addition to the staff he needed, regardless. Fantasy time had to end.
***** After lunch with his sister and Blanca, Aaron found himself drawn to the tattoo parlor. He’d played the conservative game for so long that a little self-expression couldn’t hurt. Technically, he could blame the sibling challenge to get a tattoo, but the jealousy went deeper than Ash’s bold style. Ash, nine years younger, had come out to the family without a thought to what their parents might say. They paid for her college and living expenses despite the rebellion. After coming out, a tattoo or piercing would be nothing. Aaron had never acted that boldly around his parents, even in college. He’d lived on his own since graduating, and while Ash had guessed, he’d never told his parents the truth about his own sexuality. They’d get over it. Work was a different matter; he’d never have made VP with a boyfriend. Guys like Regan could’ve kept him out of the executive wing. Life wasn’t fair. Part of the draw to India Ink was Mohan. Getting those dark, caramel-colored hands on him was an ongoing fantasy. Aaron had had a few relationships, careful to keep them out of the office. Mohan, however, felt like a lighthouse drawing him in. After months of avoiding it, Aaron prepared to surrender, even if he crashed into the shore. The tattoo was an excuse to feel Mohan out, but Aaron already sensed the heat between them. Getting off the elevator on the shop floors, Aaron headed down the long hallway of goods and services. Elody Trut didn’t arrive until tomorrow, and Ash and Blanca had plans tonight after dinner with sorority sisters who’d traveled out with them, so Aaron looked forward to a free evening with Mohan if possible.

Aaron walked into the India Ink tattoo shop, so named, no doubt, because of Mohan’s Indian heritage. With a smile, he greeted a few artists. The place was dead, normal for a weekday afternoon. The college kids had invaded for spring break, and a few now scoped out their options until the big parties started. His brain began to plot. Aaron knew there had to be an angle, a way to keep Mohan’s shop here and have him personally. Aaron handled difficult problems well, but he’d only had a little time to figure it all out. If Mohan didn’t try, none of it mattered. Mohan came out of the office, and Aaron took a deep breath. The shock of thick black hair, and eyes so brown they nearly matched, teased Aaron. The strong arms, contrasted by a white tank shirt, made Aaron stare. Mohan’s presence alone erased Aaron’s plans from his mind. At that moment, all he needed was Mohan naked. “Don’t kick us out now; we’ll have customers later with the spring break crowd here.” Mohan gestured to the college kids. Aaron leaned on the counter. “No, this is about my tattoo.” Mohan’s big brown eyes grew bigger. “I thought you were kidding.” Mohan pulled a book from behind him. “Here’s a book with lots of Celtic knotwork I’ve done. Take a look and see what you like, and then we can customize.” Aaron respected the professional approach, but he wanted a more personal consultation. “Actually, I know what I want. Can you do a griffin?” “Sure.” Mohan flipped open a book of his personal work and pointed to one. “Exactly. That griffin, along with a nice Celtic band around it, would be perfect. At least it’s nothing I’ll regret. I can’t stop being Scottish.” Mohan nodded stiffly. “Of course. We can’t escape our roots. Any idea about the knotwork?” “That’s where I’m giving you free rein. Whatever you think works is fine. I still have to figure out where.” Aaron’s eyes caught Mohan’s and held.

“Let’s go into a room and talk size and location.” Mohan grabbed the book and led the way. “I should’ve made an appointment, but I didn’t want to cancel on you. My schedule gets unpredictable at times.” Aaron sat on the cushioned spa bed. The images on the walls around him were all pictures of Mohan’s expert work. “We’ve got college kids wandering in and out. I think you had something to do with that.” “Me?” Aaron took off his tie and jacket, and then undid the cuffs of his dress shirt before unbuttoning it. “I didn’t do anything. Maybe Ash mentioned it to her friends. She’s part of a big sorority, and a lot of them tagged along.” Mohan shrugged and hung up Aaron’s jacket. “Where were you thinking?” He leaned closer. As Aaron peeled off his tank undershirt, he felt Mohan’s body heat. Aaron set the shirt aside and caught Mohan’s eyes taking in his bare chest. “I want to be able to see it. I’d prefer not on my back or shoulder blades.” Aaron looked at Mohan’s body up close. About the same height, both men had muscle, but Mohan worked at it harder. His arms were sculpted, and his abs looked chiseled. Aaron worked out in the casino gym just to stare at Mohan six days a week. “What size do you want?” Mohan scribbled something quickly on a pad of paper. “About five inches around.” Aaron stared at Mohan’s fly. What size would he find there? The obsession hadn’t gone away with time, and now he had to give in. Aaron’s hands itched, and his cock hardened. He tried to control himself, but they’d never been alone and this close before. “Okay.” Mohan walked away, ran the drawing through what looked like a copy machine and returned. “Your two best options are an arm.” His hand pressed Aaron’s upper

arm. “Or the front of your chest.” Mohan held up the paper to Aaron’s chest above the nipple. “Recommendations?” Aaron’s mouth went dry. He couldn’t take much more. “Chest. The arm might be visible through a dress shirt. This is an outline.” He pressed the paper and ink to Aaron’s pec. “Ready when you are.” The feel of Mohan’s large hand drove him crazy. Aaron had always thought about a tattoo; he could think himself in circles, but when he knew something was right, he wouldn’t fight it. The ink felt right. Mohan shook his head. “I can’t do it now. I’ve got an appointment in an hour, and this will take longer. Besides, you should wear the ink for a day.” “What?” Aaron asked. “You’ve never had a tattoo?” “No.” “I don’t ink you until you’ve worn it for a day. You need to be sure you want it.” “This policy might hurt your business.” Aaron loved the fact that adults could do anything in Vegas, like drink or gamble all hours of the day, and get married at the drop of a hat. Mohan proved more conservative than he’d thought. That or maybe it was a way to bring him back there tomorrow instead of one quick encounter. “It doesn’t apply to everyone, but definitely to suits trying to be wild and rebellious. You might change your mind. It does hurt, but getting it lasered off hurts worse -- and takes a lot longer. Think it over, Aaron.” Mohan tossed the paper and outline aside. Aaron liked it. The quick handiwork proved impressive, but he needed more than a needle right now. “Fine. Tomorrow for the tattoo.” “I’ll put you down for three.” “But then, kissing today…if you don’t chicken out on me there.” Aaron grabbed Mohan’s arm and pulled him down for a hard kiss.

Mohan tensed but held onto Aaron with rough hands. Kissing him back in a challenge for dominance, Aaron bit at Mohan’s lips and invaded his mouth with an eager tongue. Mohan had the upper hand as he held Aaron’s shoulders pinned to the bed, but they both wanted the same thing. “I knew I was right about you,” Mohan said. Working his hand down to Mohan’s fly, Aaron found his tattoo artist as hard as he was. Stroking his cock through the button-fly jeans, Aaron watched Mohan’s face freeze and contort in need. Finally, his hands released Aaron and braced on the bed. Aaron took quick action. He rolled to one side, opened his fly, and pulled Mohan’s cock free. The deep hue nearly looked copper under the lights as Aaron licked his thick erection. One of Mohan’s large hands braced the back of Aaron’s head, holding him in place and encouraging him to suck more. Pushing Mohan’s jeans lower, Aaron held onto Mohan’s warm flesh, squeezing his hard ass. As he tongued Mohan’s heavy balls, Aaron heard Mohan grunt and sucked harder. Mohan could take rough play, and Aaron hoped he’d give it back. He ignored his own growing need and swallowed Mohan’s thick shaft as far down his throat as possible. Mohan thrust, and Aaron felt a shot of need hit his cock. It’d been too long. A few one-night stands had crossed Aaron’s bed, but he’d had no regular guy for over a year. Mohan had become his endless fantasy since they’d met. Mohan thrust into his mouth again, which told Aaron all his fantasies had been right on target. The desire couldn’t be more mutual. He used his teeth on the base of Mohan’s cock and worked his way up, scoring the flesh and then licking it. He tongued the head hard while holding the erection tight in his fist. “Stop the fucking games,” Mohan said through gritted teeth. Aaron grinned and let himself go, deep throating the copper cock and rolling those thick balls in his palm. The right mix of pressure and suction had Mohan coming in mere

seconds, straight into Aaron’s hungry mouth. He swallowed every drop, and his tongue teased the tip for more. “Fuck.” Mohan leaned forward and pressed his forehead to Aaron’s body. “That’s the idea.” Aaron reached and pulled Mohan’s T-shirt up. As much as his cock needed relief, Aaron wanted to see Mohan fully naked. “Let me see you first.” Mohan straightened and yanked off his shirt and pushed Aaron flat on his back when he tried to sit. Lying back, while admiring the exotic patterns along Mohan’s body, Aaron waited to see what happened next. He’d bite every inch soon and let Mohan have anything he wanted.

Chapter Two
It felt like a complete overload in his body. Mohan licked Aaron’s stomach; the salty skin was free of ink. His crisp chest hair curled slightly. The feel of expensive linen dress pants holding in a pulsing erection drove Mohan to the edge. He couldn’t have stopped if he’d wanted to. He palmed Aaron’s shaft through the material, handling it roughly. Aaron only arched further. Mohan was impressed; the suit had made the first move and proved to be strong and confident. If Aaron thought he’d run the show, Mohan would show him different. Those pants cost more than all the clothes on Mohan’s body, but Mohan pushed them and Aaron’s expensive underwear down as though they were nothing more than cheap cotton. His cock throbbed, fully erect. To tease, Mohan pivoted and kissed Aaron’s mouth hard, giving him no room to respond. Mohan deepened the kiss until he felt like Aaron was a part of him. He wanted to bend Aaron over the table and fuck him until Aaron wasn’t the suit anymore, but stripped down to the real man underneath. But not now. Not this time. Mohan licked down his chest in a trail to the source of Aaron’s pleasure and what Mohan had wanted for nearly a year. He started at the top, nipping and slapping the head of Aaron’s red cock with his tongue.

As Aaron clung to the sides of the table, his hips lifted for more. “Fuck it,” Aaron insisted. Mohan clamped a hand over Aaron’s mouth and sucked his tight ball sac into his mouth. He worked it like hard candy, teasing with his teeth and rubbing with his tongue to get the full flavor until Aaron pressed up against him. The vibrations from Aaron’s moaning hit Mohan’s hand. He knew Aaron was his to fuck, suck, and play with. Turning his attention back to Aaron’s shaft, Mohan swallowed his wide cock and let his tongue tease and torment while his lips applied suction to the base. Aaron’s moans continued as his hips flexed in time with the suction in a mini fuck. No way Aaron could last long now. Mohan wanted so badly to finish him off and see what would happen. Pulling back, Mohan gathered Aaron’s balls in one hand, and pressing them up to his cock, Mohan held him and kept Aaron quiet with his other hand. Mohan worked Aaron’s shaft with his mouth in a fast, steady rhythm. When Aaron froze with his hips lifted off the table, Mohan backed off to suck the tip as cum squirted in his mouth. Sucking every drop, Mohan removed his hand from Aaron’s mouth even as he continued to enjoy Aaron’s cock. “Fuck me,” Aaron said. Mohan looked up at a pair of clear blue eyes, still crazed with lust. Neither of them had had enough. With a final lick, Mohan forced himself to back off. “Not now.” His cock stood hard as he stepped back. The suit would be back begging for more. “Why?” Aaron rubbed the cock anyway. “You need it.” “Can’t now. You have guests, and I have clients.” Mohan closed up Aaron’s pants and rested his dizzy head on Aaron’s hard chest to regain control.

“Now! I don’t care.” Aaron pulled Mohan’s head up and kissed his mouth hard. One arm wrapped around his neck. The other hand teased Mohan’s hard cock. Mohan moved to kiss Aaron’s neck. “Your sister could be outside right now. Want her to hear us?” “She saw the heat between us. Ash isn’t stupid.” Aaron sat up and stared Mohan in the eye. “You want it too.” “Hell, yes, but I’ve got work, and I’m not your fuck toy to slum with.” His mind now had blood back in it. “What?” Aaron pushed Mohan back and slid off the table. “You heard me. I know what’s going on. Your boss is going to kick me out, so you think you’ll get a little fun before I’m gone. Maybe I’ll do anything to keep my business here.” Mohan had been used before, and the timing was just too coincidental. His desire for Aaron had blurred his focus, but Aaron’s pushy nature revealed the situation clearly. He’d never even made a subtle move before, and now he wanted a tattoo and sex. “You made your own bed, business-wise, Mohan. You won’t get the lease without me or with me if you don’t get the publicity. Numbers don’t lie. I can help, but this has nothing to do with it.” “The hell it doesn’t.” Mohan grabbed him and bent him over the bed face down. Pushing his hard cock against the linen-clad cheeks of Aaron’s tight ass, Mohan increased the friction as his forearm held Aaron’s body pinned to the bed. “I’ll prove it. Do whatever you want. Just fuck me!” Aaron pushed back. “Give or take, I always do what I want.” So close. Mohan could feel the heat; the hard muscled ass would be perfect. Mohan couldn’t give in now. Even if Aaron told the truth, once he started fucking this guy, Mohan’d never stop. He’d take Aaron home and fuck him all night. He couldn’t do that now. Not yet. “Don’t you have dinner with your sister?” he asked.

Aaron groaned. “Come with us. Hell, it’s only dinner with my sister. After dinner, we can pick up where we left off, more of whatever you want. Quite screwing around.” He bucked back. “What if I ruin your nice suit? Fuck you right through these flimsy pants. How could you walk out of here like that?” Mohan thrust hard between Aaron’s warm cheeks through the thin fabric and slid back down to do it again. He wouldn’t get fucked now, but Mohan needed some relief. “I don’t care about the suit. I don’t care!” Aaron strained. “I do. You need your fancy-ass job.” Mohan felt the climax build fast and didn’t try to stop it. Stepping back, he jerked off onto Aaron’s bare back. It was the relief he needed, but it was not nearly good enough. Aaron’s ass needed it, later. “Asshole,” Aaron grumbled. “Later.” Mohan stepped away and got a card with his home address on it. He set it next to Aaron’s red face on the bed. “Come by after your dinner. It’ll be worth the wait.” Aaron grabbed the card as though Mohan would snatch it back. “Later. What about my back?” With a grin, Mohan rubbed his cum into Aaron’s back and saw him shudder. Mohan pulled on his own T-shirt, and then stared as Aaron went back to his layers of clothing. He watched Aaron turn back into a suit with the tie and cuffs done perfectly. If only the rest of the world knew what they’d done. Would he be country club material then? Steam room, maybe. “I meant it, about dinner. My sister and her girlfriend wouldn’t mind. We’re just going to hit the steakhouse upstairs.” Aaron brushed at the jacket. “You think we can sit calmly through dinner after what we just did?” Mohan laughed. “Besides, I don’t have a jacket and tie. I wouldn’t wear one if I did. You take Ash and Blanca out for a fancy dinner.”

Aaron stared at him. “This isn’t about work. I’ve wanted you since I met you. I don’t screw around at the office because it’s dangerous.” “Except for today? Maybe it’s dangerous for you. People know about my sexual preference.” Mohan didn’t want to talk about this. All he wanted was Aaron to show up at his house later that night. Not much of a place, but he owned it. He wanted Aaron there, naked and shouting Mohan’s name. “It’s a different industry.” Aaron ran a hand through his hair. “There are laws about sexual harassment, and people sue like crazy today. I never dated anyone I worked with. I can’t resist you.” “I know. I like what I do. I didn’t want to screw it up with a fling at work.” Mohan put Aaron’s tattoo design in a file folder. “I like what I do too. I’m damn good at it.” Aaron took a step forward. “So go do it. Then have dinner. After that, you can take off the suit and forget all the rules and executive protocol. Roll in the dirt or the ink. I won’t sue.” Mohan smiled. Aaron frowned. “You think I can’t handle it?” The guy had brains. “Pretty boys in pretty suits date other pretty boys in suits who want to share a closet. You’re slumming. Don’t know how much you do it, but we haven’t begun to play.” “You think I won’t fit in with your crowd.” Aaron crossed his arms. Mohan caught a flash of his watch. “I don’t recommend wearing a D&G watch in my neighborhood, not if you want to keep it.” Mohan walked out into the main room. He felt a measure of control in his world, but he wondered if Aaron would really have the guts to show tonight.
***** “Hi!” Ash plopped her tiny body into the seat.

Aaron sat at one of the steakhouse’s best tables; he’d reserved it especially for the view. “Blanca’s not coming?” Ash rolled her eyes. “She’s checking out a big gay club, half for the boys and half for the girls, to see if we can get in later. Besides, she thinks a little family alone time is good for us.” She opened the menu. “I’m not bailing you two out of anywhere.” He lied, of course, but didn’t want to encourage his sister to go wild. At her age he’d done his share of partying, but this was his baby sister, and the rules were different. What he didn’t know wouldn’t hurt him. “Don’t worry. We’ve done clubbing before. You should come along and bring your tattooed boyfriend. We can all meet in the middle for drinks.” He sipped his glass of lemon water. “I don’t think so.” Ash put down her menu with a frown. “You’re still in the closet here? Aaron, seriously!” “Not really. I date, and I tell who I trust. I just don’t make a big deal about it at work. It’s a business thing. I’m good in a suit and on the golf course. Celebrities trust me with their reputations. I love what I do, and I don’t need one conservative jerk freezing me out of a promotion.” “This is Vegas. Anything goes here!” “It’s still a business owned by old white men. Anything goes as long as they make a profit. They don’t tell me about their wives, and I don’t discuss my personal life. Besides, you wouldn’t believe the number of celebrities in the closet. They trust me.” Aaron sat back as the waiter arrived and took their order. “So you just hide Mohan? A sexy Indian god right here in the hotel, and you two are all
Brokeback Mountain crap. Afraid to make a move. That’s so sad.”

She knew. Of course, Ash knew. His sister had a keen instinct about people. She knew before he’d even made a move. “It’s a brand-new relationship, if I can call it that, and he’s having business issues that I’m involved in. Enjoy college; life gets a lot more complicated.” “As complicated as you make it. He’s hot and into you. Tell your boss you’re dating Mohan, so you can’t be stuck in the business side of things. Then just enjoy the guy.” She grabbed a garlic roll from the basket on the table and buttered it liberally. Carbs and fat held no danger for Aaron’s skinny sister. “He’s got baggage too. I don’t think he’s into the suit thing. He’s been screwed over. Who hasn’t? But he’s got this artistic temperament.” Aaron tore a roll in half. Ash shrugged. “Opposites attract. Look at me and Blanca; we’re way opposite, but it works. We don’t try to change each other and just go for it.” “I’m trying. It’s early. I might run by his place tonight.” Aaron looked at his watch. Time with his sister was important, but if all she wanted to do was talk about Mohan, Aaron knew he’d be beyond primed for dessert at Mohan’s. “You better go! Just promise me you’ll bring him to Mom and Dad’s anniversary party.” Ash gave him a smile. “I thought Mom and Dad already knew about you and Blanca. Why do you need me to bring a guy home?” he asked. “Not me, you. You’re the golden boy in the family. Dad will flip!” “They’re okay with you.” “I think it’s denial. If we stick together, they’ll get over it.” Their food arrived, and they ate in silence for several minutes. Aaron tried to figure out what he should do. He’d always had parental approval. Aaron earned good grades, excelled at sports, and had a good job. They didn’t need to know about his personal life. Of course, leave it to his bold sister to arrive last Thanksgiving with her even bolder girlfriend. Dad had hit

the roof, and Mom hit the liquor cabinet for the first day. His sister dating her high school rival only made it more confusing for the family. “Why is it so easy for you?” he asked. Ash chewed thoughtfully. “I could never compete with you. Sure, my grades are good. I was a cheerleader. I had popularity and all that, but I still never measured up to you. I wanted to break out and show them something unique about me, and I did. Now you’re the copycat.” He laughed. “I did the gay thing way before you did, little sis. Girls were never on my list of things to try.” “You are nine years older than me. It must’ve been different way back then. Did you even have cable? Or the Internet to meet guys in chat rooms?” She giggled. “Just for that, I’m calling the cops and tipping them off about underage girls at the club tonight.” “You wouldn’t!” He gave her a wink. No, Aaron couldn’t do that to her. He’d gone into plenty of gay clubs underage. However, he would call a few friends he knew who frequented that club and ask them to look out for the girls. He didn’t want to ruin spring break for them, but bars were meat markets, and Vegas bars added a whole new zoo-like level of aggressive behavior. While Ash might be younger, Aaron knew she was way ahead of him on the Mohan issue. He had no intention of wasting a night wondering or playing games. “Enjoy dinner; it’s on my account. I’ve got a date.” He knew Ash would understand.

but on the weekends, he flew around the open desert. The BMW rode like a devil too, but it wasn’t the same. “Not the best neighborhood to drive that thing in,” Mohan said. “I’m insured.” Aaron studied him; Mohan took up the width of the front door and was shirtless. Their quick encounter had left Aaron little time to explore the tattooed man. Aaron advanced until the heat of Mohan’s form radiated through Aaron. “I didn’t think you’d show.” “You don’t know everything about me yet.” Aaron smiled. He kissed Mohan there in the doorway on the front step. If Mohan thought Aaron feared being out with the artist, he was very wrong. Maybe with his family it’d be uncomfortable, but Aaron had had his share of boyfriends. They didn’t last long, but Mohan felt different. This guy triggered a whole new level of desire in Aaron, and he intended to explore it. Mohan pulled him inside and slammed the door. Aaron tossed his keys on the foyer table near a Hindu statue that looked like an elephant. As Mohan tugged the jacket off Aaron, he pushed off the shirt as well. Mohan steered him through the small house until he stopped inside a back bedroom that appeared to be Mohan’s home studio. Aaron found himself pinned by Mohan’s upper body, holding Aaron down to a large drafting table as Mohan worked his fly and yanked his belt off with a snap between them. Kicking off his hundred-dollar loafers and letting his pants fall, Aaron knelt to unbutton Mohan’s strained fly. Sliding the denim down, Aaron saw his muscled legs were inked as well. Dotted lines and intricate patterns curled and knotted down to Mohan’s bare feet. Aaron picked a line at Mohan’s knee and slowly licked up his inner thigh.

Batting Mohan’s balls with his tongue, Aaron sucked them and stroked his cock until it was fully hard. Deep down, Aaron would be content to suck and lick his tattoos all night, but they had some very unfinished business from today, and he couldn’t forget it. Mohan grabbed him by the arm and pulled him up, catching his mouth. Aaron slowed things down for a brief matter of seconds with a deep kiss, sucking Mohan’s thick lower lip in his mouth until Mohan moved in to press him to the table. “Fuck!” Mohan broke the kiss and turned Aaron around so he leaned over the table. He heard the condom pack tear open, and Aaron knew he’d done it all right. They were a match on need and passion, even if they didn’t match in style. Mohan’s thumb teased Aaron’s asshole and pressed. Pushing back, Aaron ground his hips. “I’m ready. I don’t want a finger.” The finger left, and Aaron felt the thick head of Mohan’s cock pushing for entry. Aaron groaned and held onto the heavy wood table as he firmed his stance and relaxed his body to let Mohan stretch him deep on the first thrust. Rough as ever, the inked man pushed in firmly. With Mohan inside him, Aaron went hard and fought for control as Mohan advanced to the limit. Mohan didn’t fuck him; instead, he stayed there, pressed flat from thigh to shoulder with his cock buried in Aaron. No one had ever done that to him before. Aaron felt open and exposed. Slowly Aaron lifted his ass and squeezed Mohan’s cock teasingly. The thick rod pulsed inside him, and the fullness made Aaron strain for relief. “Impatient,” Mohan muttered against his neck. “After today, hell, yes! You want to teach me some kinky Tantric shit; we’ll do it later. Right now, I’m too pumped, and I’ll bet you are too.” Aaron reached back and squeezed Mohan’s tight ass cheeks as he pushed back with his body. Mohan groaned. “You wimp.” He pulled out and paused.

His ragged breath told Aaron that Mohan needed more. He’d bet his bonus that Mohan stood there, fighting for control. “You can tease me all fucking night, or you can get us off, and we’ll both be primed for more.” Mohan’s hand cupped Aaron’s balls and rolled him until Aaron pushed back and strained against Mohan’s chest for more. “Pace yourself, VP. It’s not a race, or are you eager to leave already?” “Hell, no. You’ll have to kick me out.” Aaron got the clear message that Mohan wanted him to beg. Whatever it took to get Mohan to trust him, Aaron was ready to do it, even if it meant waiting for him to lose control. Aaron tipped his head back on Mohan’s shoulder and felt his thick cock spread him again. He focused on that feeling and let Mohan set the pace. As much as he wanted to squeeze and hold Mohan’s erection, Aaron needed to be fucked, or they’d be in a kinky stalemate all night. He lifted his ass to meet Mohan as Mohan ground in fully. No teasing this time, Mohan pulled back fast and returned, fucking Aaron hard and pulling his hips to whatever angle Mohan needed. It took Aaron a few minutes to realize the grunting came from himself. Mohan had shifted to short and fast thrusts that hit every bit of him and never let up. Aaron’s insides tightened, and he grasped the table as he orgasmed internally around Mohan’s hard cock. Pushing back and cursing Mohan, he’d never felt so worked over. Still hard and deep inside, Mohan pumped again. Aaron groaned. “Mohan, don’t stop.” A strong hand clamped around Aaron’s cock and jerked him as Mohan pumped into his ass. The extra stimulation shot through Aaron as he tried to take it all at once. He felt Mohan still close behind him as his cock pulsed. His hips jerked to Mohan’s hand with singular need. “Your turn,” Mohan said.

Aaron felt the tightening in his balls as Mohan milked his cock harder and harder. With a blast of pleasure, Aaron let go as the fullness in his ass coupled with the hand on his cock. “Mohan.” He gasped as the cum shot from him, and he entered a state of nirvana. Pinned beneath the man who could satisfy his needs, Aaron’s muscles shuddered as Mohan continued to rub the cum over Aaron’s own cock. “Better than in the shop?” Mohan asked. Aaron nodded. So much better there were no words to express it. He had neither breath nor blood in his brain to articulate. Mohan straightened but didn’t move away. “So why don’t you have a guy? You’re hot, you’ve got a job, and you’re not a total jerk. Afraid of what the higher-ups would say?” His hands squeezed and stroked every muscle from Aaron’s cock up to his shoulders. Aaron groaned. “Hard to find one who’ll stick around. Some guys are on a neverending search for new ass. I’m not twenty anymore. I want more than random sex, but I’m not good at making the first move, at least with any subtlety.” Mohan laughed. “When’s the last time you took a guy to a company function?” Never. Aaron knew that’s what had Mohan so on edge. He never got that deep into a relationship where it felt right. “They never hang around long enough. I’m not going to screw up my career with a short-term guy who doesn’t know how to act at those things. Twenty-something guys with ambition and BMW envy hit on me.” “If those old rich guys knew about you, they’d cover up in the country club locker room.” Mohan rocked his hips harder. “Right now, I’m interested in just one naked guy.” Aaron pushed back as Mohan came inside of him, then pulled away as soon as he had room to turn. They knew enough about each other, but not all the details. “My turn to ask questions,” he said.

Mohan leaned over and rubbed the cum off of Aaron’s spent cock with his thumb. The suit could take charge and take orders. Pitching the condom, Mohan moved to the opposite end of the room and lounged on the old twin bed he kept in his studio for catnaps when he was working. Aaron looked good fucked with his skin flushed. “All yours.” Mohan stared at Aaron’s well-defined body, without ink except for the temporary tattoo he’d given him earlier. “Are you playing games?” Aaron sat next to him on the bed. Mohan shook his head. “No games. Pizza?” He grabbed the half-empty box from the side table. “No, thanks.” Aaron reached down and, starting at Mohan’s ankle, traced the tattoos. The touch had his full attention, and Mohan dropped the box. Why did he always get a crush on the suit types? It proved a mistake every time, so he’d stopped. The men he attracted were worse off than him, but he couldn’t find the right match. His muscles clenched as Aaron’s touch rounded his calf. “I’ve seen a full body suit of tattoos before, but this is so different. Not overwhelming or gaudy.”

“Yeah.” Mohan cleared his throat. “I’m not going for a suit look. It’s more Indian designs I’ve found that I liked. I hate when art gets crowded. I wanted it spaced, so I only chose patterns with meaning.” “You spaced them well. You’re like a sexy maze.” Aaron licked his inner thigh, and Mohan stretched out lengthwise on the bed for further inspection. Mohan realized he’d been a terrible host so far. “Want something to drink?” “Later.” Aaron bypassed his cock and went up Mohan’s hard abs. “Is this sort of ink an Indian custom? Your parents must be proud. You’re so devoted to that art form.” Mohan laughed. It was the first time in a long time he’d felt like smiling. Aaron brought it out in him. “No, this is all me. They aren’t exactly supportive of anything I do. My dad owns a car dealership in Michigan. My mom is a housewife who spent most of her time disappointed in her only son.” “Disappointed? About the gay thing? Why tell your parents, then?” Aaron kissed his ribs. “There aren’t many options when they want to set you up with every Indian woman in the Midwest. Not getting married is unacceptable, so it was tell them or deal with the pressure.” Mohan ran a hand over Aaron’s tattoo-free back and pictured a few designs that might fit. “Why’d you leave Michigan?” Aaron licked his shoulder tattoo. Mohan had never done anything above his shoulders. “End of the line.” “My questions aren’t all answered.” Aaron turned Mohan over and then started back down. “Did you leave Michigan to open your tattoo parlor? You’re a brilliant artist. Your parents must be proud of that.” Mohan groaned as Aaron’s strong hands worked down his back. “Hardly. My dad wanted me to go into the business with him. Mom wanted me to be a doctor. I just wanted to draw.”

“Liking dick didn’t help.” Aaron’s touch lightened over the small of Mohan’s back. “Not at all. I left Michigan at eighteen and never looked back.” “Seems extreme. They refused to support you in art school?” Mohan rolled over to face Aaron. “No way. It’d be too embarrassing for them to face their community. Their only son not a huge business success like his father, but an artist. A daughter like that would be one thing. She’d be married off in her early twenties. A career as a wife and mother would be enough if her husband had a lot of money. Unless I got a business or medical degree, they weren’t springing for college. It seems like another life now. After I told them I dated men, they refused to believe it. They wanted to send me to India to find a girl when I wasn’t dating any of the women my mom set me up with.” “An arranged marriage?” He shrugged. “Not exactly, but they pushed the issue. I refused to go and refused to take criticism. I left Michigan.” Aaron leaned in and did the unexpected. Mohan found himself being kissed deeply, softly, and intimately. It completely contrasted with what he’d just done to Aaron, yet it soothed and aroused him more than anything in the world. He wanted to hold onto this man forever. Kissing him back, Mohan felt Aaron’s mouth move lower to his neck. “Your mom isn’t the only one who’s ashamed. I’ve got parents too,” Aaron said in his ear. Watching as Aaron kissed and licked down his chest, Mohan knew it wasn’t ever easy. “Do your parents know?” “What for?” Aaron nipped at his hips and moved inward. “They live on the East Coast. I see them twice a year.” Common story. “And you never bring guys home?” He tongued Mohan’s balls. “Not yet. If I had a serious one, I would. Facing the reaction is easier with someone to support you.”

Mohan sucked in his breath, as his cock grew hard. “Likely story.” “I’m not going to do it out of spite or to prove something to my parents. My being gay isn’t a punishment, any more than your sexuality or your art is to your parents. I want someone I can count on in my corner before I drop that sort of bomb. Ash had Blanca, and it worked out for her.” Aaron stopped talking and sucked Mohan’s shaft into his hungry mouth. Mohan groaned and lifted his hips. A guy who didn’t want to punish his repressive family made no sense. Aaron was even more unique than Mohan imagined. He’d never intended to hurt his own family, but telling the truth without apology felt so good. As Aaron tongued the base of his cock, all thoughts disappeared from Mohan’s whirling mind. He watched the all-American, tattoo-free, former college frat boy suck his cock. What a turn-on! Aaron’s sexy blue eyes and light skin made Mohan want to tattoo him even more. The sting, the ink, and the blood mixed with the intimacy of marking skin. Aaron would have to trust him and seemed to. They’d connect on an even deeper level then. Mohan felt it already. This man could hurt him. Aaron licked every bit of his cock until Mohan thrust up, ready to fuck something. “Swallow it. I need to fuck your mouth.” After a teasing nip of the tip, Aaron deep throated Mohan all the way. Mohan held his breath until Aaron eased off. The need seized him. He lifted, fucking Aaron’s throat. He couldn’t be with a wimpy guy, suit or not. Aaron had taken it so far, but Mohan had just begun to play. Not letting up, he fucked until his hips flew on their own. He flopped back, coming down Aaron’s face. The feel of Aaron licking and swallowing Mohan’s cock pulled him to the edge. The suit wasn’t in any hurry. Mohan reached down and found Aaron hard. “Get your ass up here.”

Aaron got the hint and flipped so they were in a sixty-nine position. Tonguing his erection, Mohan reached into the side table where he kept protection, lube, and toys. He grabbed a dildo only a bit smaller than his own cock and lubed it. Mohan never let up his constant tongue pressure on Aaron’s cock. The suit moaned as he continued to fuck Mohan’s cock with his mouth. With one hand holding firmly onto Aaron’s cock, Mohan used his other to press the dildo against Aaron’s pucker. “What the hell?” Aaron tried to pull away but couldn’t. “Don’t move. You need more.” Mohan squeezed the base of his cock. “I want real cock.” “You sucked that one dry and have to get me up again. Relax, the night is young.” Mohan wanted to see what Aaron was like when he didn’t get his way and advanced the rubber cock until Aaron groaned. “Fuck, Mohan, just blow me.” Mohan grinned and licked behind his balls as he pushed the toy further. His tongue flicked that most sensitive area under Aaron’s pucker as he pushed back and down. “Want me to stop?” He pulled the toy back. Aaron pushed back again. “Hell, no. Suck my cock!” Once Mohan had the toy all the way into Aaron’s tight ass, he sucked his big erection down his throat. The feel of fullness and the taste of Aaron’s skin made Mohan’s control slip. Then Aaron fucked his mouth and rocked back into the toy. Mohan knew the guy enjoyed it all. Mohan sucked and tongued Aaron until he was on the edge. Then he thrust the toy in and out of Aaron’s ass roughly until he jerked forward and came onto Mohan’s inked body. “Damn it, Mohan.” He pressed his face to Mohan’s cock. “You hated which part?” Mohan pulled the toy free and put it away.

Aaron crawled off and sat on the floor next to the bed. “You like keeping guys off balance?” “You want to be bored with predictable guys and organized sex? Then you don’t want me.” He kissed Aaron quick and hard before he grabbed a slice of cold pizza. “Not predictable, but you’re so random and demanding. Why do you think it took me so long to make a move?” “Because I had a lease. Now, I won’t be a tenant, so you won’t have to worry about the higher-ups knowing about us. Or the office politics, or even the harassment potential.” Mohan had been the rebel boyfriend before. He played the role well, but didn’t want to again. “Is that what you think?” Aaron rubbed his hands on his face. “Dumbass. You’re so intimidating that half the waiters at the hotel won’t hit on you because they’re afraid you’ll humiliate and reject them.” Mohan had been picked on plenty in school. There wasn’t a very large Indian community in the town where he lived. Add in the fact that he liked boys, and he’d learned to be tough and project strength to intimidate others. If he hadn’t, he’d never have survived high school. But this wasn’t about him. Mohan knew who he was and didn’t apologize for it. “Does your boss know you’re gay?” he asked. “What the hell for?” Aaron stood and looked for his clothes. Just as Mohan has predicted. “You want to hide. That’s your problem. I don’t do that.” “What do you suggest? I walk into work tomorrow with a rainbow T-shirt on? Sit my boss down and give him a blow-by-blow of what I do in bed?” Aaron’s face went deep red. Shame and embarrassment, Mohan had seen it before. “I don’t think he’d go for a blow from you, but telling him is a start. Or will it ruin your career?”

“How should I know? We don’t discuss personal lives. Why screw up my career? I love what I do, and I’m damn good at it. Not all of us can be rebels and do something where no one will judge us.” He pulled on his pants. Mohan laughed and put down the pizza. “I got judged, but I didn’t let it change me. You let a ‘what if’ keep you in the closet. All that education wasn’t worth it. All it did was teach you to be a suit.” Aaron buttoned his wrinkled shirt. “So it’s about your rules? Play by them or hit the road?” He shrugged. “There aren’t many rules, but I’m not into secrets and closet games. You can be yourself, suit and all, and not hide the truth. But you won’t. So you might as well hit the road.” Mohan couldn’t believe his own mouth. He wanted Aaron but could see where this would go. It would be less painful to end it now. Without a word, Aaron grabbed his shoes and jacket and left. Mohan listened for the smooth hum of the BMW that had tipped him off to Aaron’s arrival. Instead, he heard the roar of his own Harley. Mohan ran naked to the front door. The nerve of that suit! Whatever there was between them, Mohan knew it wasn’t over. The idiot had left his BMW, a sneaky way of ensuring they’d have to meet again and some weird signal that Aaron trusted him. If nothing else, Mohan knew this guy could handle a Harley. It was far from over, whatever this was.
***** Aaron had spent the entire night trying to figure out where he went wrong. As much as he knew Mohan, the man kept breaking the rules and expectations. What tattoo artist cared about attending business functions? The family stuff was the key. Mohan didn’t fit in anywhere, so he played the outsider perfectly. Yet he had very traditional and subtle Indian art tattooed on his body. The man contradicted himself, and Aaron couldn’t help but be fascinated.

The shame game was older than Vegas. Aaron knew it served no purpose to worry about what his parents thought. He wouldn’t change himself because of how others felt, but at work it all depended on who he dealt with and if he trusted them. His administrative assistant and a lot of the support staff knew, but some of the VPs and higher-ups were in the dark. Mohan didn’t realize how much these guys didn’t talk, at least not about anything real. Stocks, sports, and cars were the topics of conversation most heard. Aaron liked all of those things, but he didn’t fit in perfectly anywhere, either. Why was Mohan’s moody crap okay? In his office, Aaron contemplated calling Mohan to trade keys and talk this out, but he wasn’t in a talking mood. Because of his stubborn streak, Mohan refused to give their relationship a chance. Aaron had met guys like him before, sabotaging a good thing before it began under the guise of a moral soapbox. Mohan wanted to brood and be unhappy. Aaron had taken his motorcycle. He grinned and curled his finger around the keys. He could ride, and Mohan knew it now. They had things in common even if Mohan liked to call Aaron a suit. It’d take more than stubbornness and insults to scare Aaron off. Yet not a voicemail or call from him. The anxiety ate at Aaron. Stubborn man! The administrative assistant ducked her head in his office. “Elody’s limo is arriving. Private entrance.” “Thanks.” Aaron put away the Mohan problem and headed down to welcome the celebrity of the hour to the Pirate’s Cove Hotel and Casino. Elody was a musician and sometimes tried her hand at acting. After her third stint in rehab at all of nineteen years old, she wanted to be near home. She had requested sanctuary at their hotel.

The white stretch limo gleamed spotlessly, and the driver came around to open the door as Aaron approached. A frail-looking girl with ink-black hair and pale skin exited the limo. “Aaron?” “Yes. Welcome to the Pirate’s Cove, Ms. Trut. Everything is ready. No leaks or press waiting. I’ll take you to your suite through the private elevators.” He’d expected more of an entourage, but it looked to be just Elody and one bodyguard. She wore dark blue jeans, a gray hoodie, and sandals. Trying to blend and yet looking uncomfortable in her own skin, Aaron felt for the girl. “Are you all right?” he asked. “I’m fine. Just had some bad news.” She clutched a cheap canvas tote. “I’m sorry to hear that. If we can do anything to help, please let me know. We’ve arranged for your family, sponsor, and counselor to have knowledge of your suite. They will use the same private entrance if you want them to visit. You control the access.” She held up a hand. “No, no visitors today.” “Okay.” Aaron nodded to the driver, who doubled as a bellman for privacy, to follow with Elody’s luggage. The fewer people who knew about Elody, the better, and Aaron knew which employees he could trust. The driver was handpicked and drove a limo without hotel markings. Nothing had been left to chance. As they headed for the elevator, Aaron saw his sister and Blanca coming around the corner. “How did you two find me?” “I thought this was private!” Elody pulled her hood up and shoved on a big pair of sunglasses that covered half of her thin face. “Yeah, that’ll work. Elody, you’re amazing.” Blanca smiled. “Shame on you, Aaron, you didn’t tell us a celebrity would be here.” “She’s here in secret. Both of you please forget you saw her, and don’t say a word.” Aaron turned to Elody. “I’m very sorry. My sister seems to find me anywhere. This is Ashley, my sister, and her girlfriend, Blanca.”

“Huge fans,” Ash cut in. “We’re here for spring break and can’t believe our luck. Sorry to intrude, but when will we ever meet a celebrity?” Elody pulled her sunglasses off. “Spring break?” “Yeah, you know: fun, sun, and a break from the hard college life. Party central. There’re some clubs we can hit. Can’t wait until I’m twenty-one, and it’s easier.” Blanca rolled her eyes. “I’ve never been on spring break. Never been to a regular school.” Elody smiled weakly. “You should come. Put on a little wig and change your dress.” Ash nodded. “Elody is recovering from rehab. She also just had some very bad news. I think she wants to be alone.” Aaron would strangle them both later. “No. Actually, dancing would be good. No drugs or drinking. I’ll take my bodyguard along, and we’ll just dance. To immerse myself in music would be heaven.” She smiled. Aaron wasn’t her keeper. He escorted the girls up to the suite and left them with info on food, fun, and how Elody could have it all brought up to her and keep her presence a secret. He suspected that the lure of spring break would be too much to resist. Hopefully the rehab had taken this time, and she wouldn’t relapse. He’d seen too many celebrities go wild in this very hotel’s bar. For people like Elody, some things came too easily, and they paid for it. Now that the celebrity was settled, Aaron had time for his tattoo appointment. As it neared three in the afternoon, he headed down to India Ink. The temporary tattoo was childish. He wanted the real thing and another shot at Mohan. The college kids had India Ink fairly busy. Aaron waited for Mohan to be free and followed him into the small room. Mohan immediately chucked the BMW keys at him. “Give me my keys.” “That’s superior customer service for you. I’m here for the tattoo.” Aaron dug out the keys and handed them over.

“So take off your shirt. Why the fuck did you take my bike?” Aaron stripped to the waist. “I felt like it. I’ve got my own, you know. You think we’re so different? We’re not.” He reclined on the table. Mohan prepped the area and busied himself setting up the equipment. “You can tell yourself whatever you want. I know this is headed nowhere. You like it that way.” “What way?” Aaron asked. “Living two lives. One so legit and accomplished, everyone is proud of you, and one that feels bad, but you love it. Some guys get off on the sneaking around, like it’s forbidden or dirty.” Mohan pressed a fresh outline to Aaron’s chest. “That’s not my style.” Aaron grabbed his wrist as Mohan pulled away. “I’m not on the down low. I don’t screw married guys, or have a girlfriend I parade around for cover. I don’t lie.” “You omit the truth.” Mohan shrugged. “Whatever. Your life.” Aaron sat up. “No, not whatever. You can hide behind your image and call names, but you won’t give it a chance.” “Give what a chance?” Mohan stepped on a paddle that made the needle in his hand buzz. “Lie back and relax.” Aaron did as instructed and waited. Mohan’s hand braced on his chest, and it felt great. The warm sting of the needle made him tense, but Mohan’s touch made it all better. “Relax. This is going to take about two hours, so get comfortable.” Mohan sounded like he would with any customer. “Us. A date. Maybe I should’ve done that first instead of making a sexual move, but we’ve known each other for a year. This attraction has been here all along, for me at least. I really wanted the tattoo and being alone with you was too much. I made the move. We can go back and fix it.” The stinging and Mohan’s touch hit Aaron hard. As he talked of slowing things down, his cock began to grow.

“Flowers and candlelight are a bit much for me.” Mohan wiped off the excess ink and blood. “You’re a bleeder.” “Apparently.” Aaron didn’t look at it. “Not flowers and shit. Indian food and a movie, or go for a ride on the bikes. Whatever you want. It’s not just about sex.” Mohan’s eyes went to Aaron’s fly. “Right, and I’ll fit in at the country club too.” “You can go if you want to; the hotel has a membership, and I use it to entertain people a lot. Now you’re trying to be an ass. You don’t want me? Fine, say it, but don’t lie.” He grabbed Mohan’s stiffening cock through his worn jeans and massaged. “Stop it. I’ve got a needle in you, idiot.” Mohan tried to back away, but Aaron held tight. “I trust you. With my BMW, my body, and my reputation around here. You think whatever you want, but don’t invent shit just to be rejected. You don’t want to meet anyone halfway, but that’s no cause to reject me.” Aaron loosened his grip as Mohan leaned in. “This is me. I don’t pretend to play games.” “Or compromise, apparently. Your way or nothing. With those rules, nothing will work. No one will ever get in.” Aaron felt the tattoo needle lift away, and he looked down. The image was clean and sharp. His skin glowed pink around the artful addition. Quite a job considering how he’d just distracted Mohan. “Thanks.” Mohan coated the tattoo with an ointment, covered it with plastic wrap with tape on the edges, and handed Aaron a bag of instructions and supplies before launching into the required speech on aftercare. “If it looks infected, see a doctor right away.” “What do I owe you?” Aaron asked. It was a business, and Mohan clearly had his business face on, cock excepted. “Nothing.” Mohan began to clean up. “What?”

“I don’t need your money.” Mohan yanked Aaron’s pants, popping the button and pushing the slacks and his briefs back as well. His mouth worked Aaron’s cock like he’d handled that tattoo needle, steady and in command. Aaron felt safe in Mohan’s hands and more alive than he ever had before. His chest stung, and his cock strained, all because of this man. Mohan sucked and fucked Aaron’s erection relentlessly, squeezing his balls until Aaron lifted off the table, thrusting. His hand dug in Mohan’s thick black hair as Aaron felt the release building. Mohan sucked harder and deeper until Aaron jerked up. His cum filled Mohan’s mouth. “What the fuck?” Aaron sat up. “Not this time. I don’t want your money. Earn your ink.” Mohan grabbed Aaron by the neck and pulled him off the table. He caught on, and Aaron knelt while opening Mohan’s fly. Whatever Mohan’s problem was, he wasn’t ready for this to be over, either. Relieved, Aaron licked Mohan’s balls slowly and tugged, teasing the highly aroused artist. “No games, suit. I’m not in the mood for play.” Mohan pushed forward. Having pity on the man who inked him, Aaron licked his shaft with a rough, circular motion until he hit the tip, digging his tongue in the opening. He wanted the cum. Aaron had rarely been this hungry, but Mohan brought it out in him. The slightly dominant style in bed and the moody artist at work turned him on, even if it was hard to handle. Slowly he sucked Mohan’s cock in as far as he could and fucked him with his mouth. Mohan’s hand pulled and pushed on the back of Aaron’s neck. Aaron held onto Mohan’s hips and felt the change as he stiffened. Mohan pulled back until just the tip was inside Aaron’s wet lips and came with a grunt.

Aaron sucked his cock dry and let the intensity linger over him. No one else made every blowjob feel like it was the best in his life. With Mohan, he needed to lick that cock, or he’d go crazy. Before he could form a thought, Aaron’s cell phone rang. Mohan closed his fly and went back to cleaning up. Taking the hint, Aaron got dressed and grabbed his phone. “Ashley.” “You’re done.” Mohan nodded. “Follow the directions, and it’ll be fine. Go back to playing corporate Masters of the Universe.” The tension had returned between them. Aaron left the room, dialing his voicemail to hear the message, which turned out to be request from the girls for concert tickets that night. They had plans with Elody. Leave it to his sister to befriend a mega star. Aaron headed up to the office and back to work.
***** Half an hour later, he stood outside Elody’s suite. Her black hair had been cut short and highlighted with red streaks. “Like it?” she asked. “Great change!” He could tell Elody’s spirits had improved. “Here are the tickets. I thought you were going to the club.” “That’s not until later.” Blanca waved him off. “This is first. Actually, dinner first and then the concert.” “Sounds like a plan.” He nodded. Ash frowned at him. “What’s wrong?” “Nothing. What?” he asked. “You’re all rumpled. You shirt looks weird.” She reached for his chest, and Aaron grabbed her hand.

“No touching. I got a tattoo.” It was a better excuse for being rumpled than blowjobs in Mohan’s tattoo studio. “Let’s see it.” Blanca unbuttoned his shirt. First time a woman had done that to him since he was a little kid. Ash pointed out the detail, and the girls murmured their approval. “Nice. I never figured you for ink.” Ash punched him in the shoulder. “You actually did it.” “The knotwork is amazing.” Elody studied it. “Who did this?” “Mohan?” Blanca asked. “Yeah. He’s really good at detail.” Aaron waited for taunting. Elody moved closer. “I want one with the knots.” Then the celebrity adored by millions of teenagers burst into tears. “What’s wrong?” Aaron asked. Blanca supplied tissues instantly, and Aaron was suddenly very glad his sister and her girlfriend were there. Crying women really weren’t his specialty. “My roommate at rehab was Scottish. Really sweet lady, and she had the prettiest accent. She helped me. I really think I made it this time because of her.” “That’s great,” Aaron said. Elody shook her head. “She’s the bad news. She overdosed last night, only two weeks after getting out. I don’t want to be like her.” “I understand that. How will a tattoo help?” Blanca asked. “I need a reminder of what happened to her and of what I can’t do again. Think Mohan can do it?” Her tear-stained face looked up at him. “Of course. He’s great. I’ll set up an appointment for tomorrow. He opens at noon, but it doesn’t get busy until mid-afternoon. We’ll block an hour for you early.”

“Okay, tomorrow. I need to know exactly what I want.” She grabbed a pencil and pad from the desk. “You girls order up room service for dinner. I’ll sketch some ideas. I suck at art.” Aaron set it up with the receptionist and disconnected. “Mohan will get the idea even if you just tell him. Let me know if you want me to bring him up here. You’ll be the first appointment at noon when the shop opens but I’ll put it under Ash’s name so everyone down there won’t know it’s you.” “Thanks.” Elody smiled. Aaron headed for the door, and Ash followed. “You okay?” “Yeah. Not as okay as normal, but it’s been a weird day.” He straightened his buttons. “Mohan?” she asked. He nodded. “Want to hang out for dinner?” she offered. Aaron smiled. A girl party wasn’t what he needed. He needed to think. “Thanks anyway.”

Chapter Four
The next day, Mohan entered his shop from the back and turned on the lights. All efforts to find another location he could afford turned up fruitless. The temptation to close up and go to work for someone else tugged at him. Renting his own booth and moving on if he didn’t like the people. He’d done it before, but being an employee didn’t fall under his dream of independence and success. After he checked for any voicemails, Mohan opened the front door at noon sharp. Usually he had a couple hours before the customers rolled in. It gave him time to catch up on paperwork and work on any custom designs. However, today three young women stood outside the doors waiting to get in. Two he instantly recognized: Ashley and Blanca. The third girl wore large sunglasses and a floppy hat. This had to be Elody. Celebrities really believed that worked. He laughed to himself. “Come in.” “Thanks.” Ash led the way. “We need your services, Mohan.” “Sure. I’ve got Ashley down for noon, but there’s room for all of you.” He led them to the largest tattoo room he had. Younger people loved to get tattooed in groups for some reason. An odd bonding ritual, he assumed. “What can I do for you?”

“I want a pair of lips and the Mexican flag.” Blanca spoke up first. Not the oddest tattoo he’d ever done. “Where?” Mohan booted up his computer and pulled up files. “My ass.” “Why?” Ash asked. “It means kiss my Mexican ass.” She grinned. Ash shook her head. “You’re really wild sometimes.” “Are you here to get something or just support?” he asked Ash. “I don’t want a tattoo. Just a piercing.” Ash hopped up on the bed. “Okay. While you pick out your set of lips, Blanca, I’ll get my piercing guy in here for Ash.” He sat Blanca at the computer and pulled consent forms from the drawer. “All of you need to fill these out, read it over, and sign it.” “Come on.” Ash rolled her eyes. “You’re over eighteen, so show the ID and sign it. Suck it up; the law’s the law.” Mohan turned to the girl in the sunglasses. “You’re along for the ride, or you want something done?” She took a set of forms. “I want one.” Mohan pulled out a piercing tray and prepped the station while the girls did the paperwork. “Done!” Ash handed over the forms and ID. Mohan made a copy of her driver’s license and handed it back. “Okay, let me get my piercing guy.” Mohan ducked out and returned with a big guy who looked like a biker with bolts in this face. “What do you want pierced?” He gloved up. “My nipple.” Ash pulled off her top. “Slut.” Blanca shot her girlfriend a look.

“You talk about it all the time, so I’m doing it. Nothing huge.” She dropped her bra. The expert had pierced just about every body part that could take it, so nothing shocked him. “It’s all one size to start.” He marked the entry and exit spots and gently clamped the nipple. The piercing guy sat in a rolling chair, scooted to pick out the needle, then rolled in close to her. “Deep breath and hold it; don’t move.” Popping the needle through the clamp, he released the clamp and attached the ring before sitting back. “All done. Wear a ring until it fully heals. Now you get the piercing lecture, which is actually worse than the standard tattoo lecture.” After he’d droned on with the warnings for Ash, he left. Mohan nodded in approval and turned to see if Blanca had found a tattoo yet. Blanca was staring at Ash’s body enhancement with wide eyes and a smile. “Did it hurt?” Ash shook her head. “Sort of throbs, though. He’s really fast.” Mohan changed to a new pair of gloves. “I’ll give you a solution and instruction kit.” “Okay.” Ash put her bra and shirt on carefully. “So what pair of lips will go on your ass other than mine?” Blanca turned back to the computer. Mohan leaned over and pointed to a full pair. “With a tattoo, people usually wish they’d gone bigger when it’s over. I recommend a full pair so you can see them.” “Those are cute.” Ash pointed to a full pair that were a soft pink. Blanca got up. “Those will work. How long will it take?” Mohan said down and printed out the lips. “This size?” “Yes, but I want the lips on the corner of the flag. Like one big tattoo.” “No problem.” He ran the two images through the machine that people always mistook for a copier. It put the image onto transfer paper, so he could ink over it. Then it was Blanca’s turn on the table.

Ash held Blanca’s hand as Mohan did his job. Every once in a while, he stole a look at the celebrity scrolling through the tattoo database on his computer. She looked to be in a daze, but very serious about what she was doing. Once Blanca’s inking was over, and both she and Ash approved it, Mohan turned his attention to the celebrity. “Anything for you, Elody?” Her shoulders shrugged. “I knew I wouldn’t fool anyone. I just hate being recognized.” She pulled off the sunglasses. “It’s fine with me. No one knows you’re here. What can I do for you?” Mohan had tattooed people in far weirder outfits. In Vegas, anything could walk through the door. “I need two tattoos. One on the back of each hand.” She extended her frail hands. “Are you sure? That’s hard to hide.” When had Mohan started feeling like a big brother to these girls? It was Aaron’s fault his sister and her friends were here. Mohan didn’t want unhappy customers, but he knew Aaron would hear about these. “I don’t want to hide them. I want to see them. Every time I reach for a drink or get offered anything, I want to see them and remember. I’ve been through three rehabs, but those can be forgotten. My last roommate killed herself in an overdose. I don’t want that to be me.” Her small body trembled. Mohan had heard every crazy reason for getting a tattoo. This reason made the best sense. “Good for you. Let’s find out what you want there.” “Won’t it hurt?” Ash asked. “Not much padding.” “Not too bad on the back of your hands. No damage, but like she said, not much padding.” Mohan felt her hands. They were a great canvas. “What do you want?” “My roommate was Scottish. I want some Celtic knots, like what you did for Aaron. Only with meaning. Balance and protection.” Mohan rolled over to the computer and pulled up the Celtic knotwork patterns. “This is protection, and this is balance. Any customizations?”

Elody nodded. “I want the knotwork meaning to be preserved, but in the protection knot, I want her name like it’s part of the knots. Anne. Also, could you work in a yin-yang into the balance knot at the center, so people get it?” “Sure, give me a few minutes.” Mohan printed out the right tattoos and customized them by hand before running them through the machine. Elody put her hands on the bed and closed her eyes. “Let me know if I hurt you or if you want to stop. Remember to breathe.” Mohan expected a spoiled starlet who’d jump and cry. Instead, Elody slowly sat with her feet flat on the floor and didn’t move. She flinched only a few times as he neared her wrists, but held her hands still. Two hours later, he turned off the machine. “All done. You can look.” He wiped off the excess ink. Elody opened her eyes and began to cry. “Are you okay?” Ash jumped up to look. She nodded. “It’s perfect.” “Good.” He dabbed her eyes with tissues, then covered the tattoos with the salve and gently laid plastic wrap over. The location reminded him of an Indian bride’s henna tattoos. Those wore off with time. This was forever. “Follow the instructions and come see me if they swell or seem infected. Be careful when you use your hands as they heal. Once the scabs fall off, you’re fine.” She stared at her hands with a wistful smile as he went through the entire speech again. “Thank you. It’s really good energy for me.” “Glad to hear it.” He smiled. “It’s amazing. The knots flow right into things. How do you do that?” Blanca leaned closer. “Duh, it’s an art.” Ash nudged her. “So we’re good to go?”

“One last check.” Mohan looked at the piercing and both tattoos one last time. “You’re all good. Call or come back with anything. Here are the instructions.” He handed them what they needed and walked them out to the front. At four in the afternoon, there was rarely a crowd, so they’d leave with Elody, and no one would know. The plan had sounded good in his head. Outside India Ink, they faced a mob. Mohan saw photographers. Then he spotted Aaron and Regan. Aaron didn’t. He wouldn’t. Aaron used Elody’s tattoo as a publicity stunt? Mohan’s blood raced. Aaron’s attempt to help his business touched Mohan deeply, but the anger from pride registered harder. He didn’t need a boyfriend to bail him out of trouble. “I’ll get you out the back.” Mohan tried to shield them. “All for Elody?” Ash waved at the crowd. “No, it’s for you.” Blanca shook her head. “Looks like your brother set something up.” Ash frowned. “He wouldn’t do that.” “He’s right there with the big suit friend of his. Your brother will go far, I’m sure.” Mohan pointed. “Crowd control. He is in public relations.” Blanca shrugged. Mohan should’ve kept quiet. Family stuck together. At least other people’s families. “The back way.” “No.” Elody dropped the sunglasses and floppy hat. “They’ll just hound me forever now that they know I’m here.” “It wasn’t my staff. I’m the only one that knows you’re here.” Mohan respected people’s privacy. “I know. Could’ve been anyone. It always happens. Besides, thanks to you, I have something positive to show for it. It’s my fault really; I felt safe in the hotel and gave my

bodyguard the day off.” Elody walked out the front doors where hotel security kept the reporters and photographers from mobbing her. Mohan listened from inside as Elody told the press about her rehab and her roommate. She told them the whole truth, a rare and risky move for a celebrity. Then she pulled up the plastic wrap and showed them her tattoos. As they photographed her, she explained the meaning of each. She thanked Mohan for his help and waved him out. Mohan walked toward her, not knowing what else to do. Inside, he seethed at Aaron. The guy set this up to get India Ink good press. Mohan understood the need for publicity, but he wasn’t about using people to get it. He didn’t have time to deal with that now. The questions flew at him about his background, his artists, his tattoos, his thoughts on Elody. He followed her lead and told the truth. Being himself, Mohan took his time and felt Elody relax. Facing this alone had to be hell on her. Finally the questions stopped. As the photographers followed Elody down the hall, Mohan went back into the shop. The staff shot more questions at him, but one voice broke through the din. “A word?” The suits wanted him. Mohan stepped into his office, and Regan followed with Aaron. “Very impressive work. I think your shop has been put on the map.” “I didn’t plan it.” He glared at Aaron. “That’s the best kind of luck, unexpected. I’ll see that your lease is renewed for two years. If that’s acceptable?” “We’ll talk later,” Mohan replied. “Of course. You have a swarm of customers. We’ll get out of your way.” Regan left. Aaron stayed. “I’ve got to go soon for a meeting. Are you okay? I know this sort of feeding frenzy freaks people out. You did get it!” “I didn’t ask you for shit, and you set me up? Get out!”

“Set you up? I didn’t,” Aaron argued. Mohan gave him a look clearly stating there was no point talking about this now. “Fine. Later.” Aaron left. Deep down, Mohan loved the reaction to his work. That was the genuine appreciation of Elody, but Aaron had manufactured the press blitz. A public relations wiz, Aaron could’ve easily created a situation for Mohan’s advantage. Why would he do a stupid thing like that unless he felt sorry for him?
***** Aaron sat in his office, confused and alone. He knew better than to call Mohan now, but he had to do something. A knock at the door made him hope harder than he ever had. When Ash’s head popped in, Aaron returned to pouting. “Hey.” She closed the door behind her. “Hi. With all the publicity, I thought you’d be happy.” “Mohan thinks I set him up.” “I know. He didn’t seem happy about the press at all. Why wouldn’t he be happy you helped him? I know you didn’t call in the photographers, but it’s good for India Ink and the hotel. Elody isn’t pissed off. She seems relieved to have it out in the open.” “I don’t know what his problem is. This moody rebel thing of his is hard to figure out. Where are your two buddies in body art?” he asked. “Comparing the redness of their tattoos. I got my nipple pierced. You showed me your chest. Wanna see?” She grinned. “If we weren’t both gay, this would be incest, illegal. Now it’s just sick. And no, I don’t want to see.” That didn’t stop her as she tugged up her shirt and carefully pulled her bra cup down to show off.

“Very nice.” He hadn’t looked. “Maybe you should get your tongue pierced. Mohan’d love that and forget all about being pissed.” She winked at him. “If it were that simple, I might. He’s beyond pissed. He doesn’t want business help. His parents won’t accept him because they don’t approve of his lifestyle or his job.” “Wow. So he’s had more people screw him over and abandon him than back him up. Again, I thought he’d appreciate the help.” “Men have pride issues. He created an amazing tattoo for a celeb, which is exactly what’ll get him all the press and attention, but he won’t believe it.” “Does Regan know about you two?” “No one does except you and your friends. I don’t broadcast my sex stuff at work. Besides, if Regan knew, he’d think I would do anything to help Mohan. He’d pull me off the negotiations for the lease.” “Of course. Conflict of interest. I think Mohan is mad about the closet issue. So do something. Mohan is way more important than a little office gossip.” Aaron couldn’t argue. “It’s not that big of a deal.” “It’s a big thing to him. No one wants to be with someone who is ashamed of him.” “I’m not ashamed of him. This isn’t college. Real life is complicated.” Ash rolled her eyes. “College is complicated. Mohan isn’t. Opposites attract. Believe me; I know. So let go of the control thing you do and enjoy it. All of it!” “You’re nineteen.” Aaron rested his head back in the leather chair. “Yep, but I’m still right. Don’t let it get you down and ruin a good thing. I just want to see you happy. And it’s not like you’ll really shock everyone. After all these years without a girlfriend at a single holiday, the aunts already talk about you. Give them a shock! While you’re at it, give Mohan the full-on family hell he’s missing. He isn’t getting it from his

family, so let him have a dose of ours.” She glanced at her watch. “Gotta go. I’m late for a spa appointment. Call if you want to talk later, okay?” “Sure. Thanks.” He wanted a little quiet now, anyway. How could he convince Mohan he hadn’t pulled the PR stunt? The truth might not be enough. Ash hustled off, and Aaron sat alone again. No denying it, he wanted Mohan for more than sex. He wanted all the strings that came along with a complicated relationship. Now that Mohan’s business was secure in the hotel, others would know about them. Whether Aaron admitted it or not, secrets were impossible to keep. Not that he wanted Mohan to be a secret. At the moment, all he wanted was Mohan with him. No more fighting or posturing, just the two of them alone. A knock on the door sent heat through his body. It had to be Mohan. There was only one way to handle this. The best defense was a good offense!

Chapter Five
Barging in after a quick knock, Mohan slammed the door behind him. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” As much as Mohan didn’t want things to end, he had to get it over with. “Considering dinner plans. You?” Aaron asked. “What the fuck did you do to me? I’m not a charity case. I’ll handle my own business.” Mohan stood at Aaron’s desk, ready to strangle him. “I didn’t alert the media. Elody had my protection. The hotel’s promise of discretion is something I take seriously. I’m going to look into who leaked it, but for all we know, it was Elody.” Aaron shrugged. “Why would she do that?” Mohan crossed his arms tightly. “Publicity. Celebrities need it and hate it. A very double-edged sword. Maybe she wanted to get things out in the open before too many crazy rumors surfaced. We gave her a controlled situation; they couldn’t get at her in the hotel. I offered to bring you up or close down the shop for a few hours. She just wanted a regular appointment. The shops are public areas, and she knew it. That was her choice.” “You’re blaming her?” Mohan stood there, stunned.
52
Cheryl Dragon
“I’m not blaming, but it makes a lot more sense for her to do it. If I did something like that, the celebrity would be pissed off. Plus you provided the perfect diversion. The story is her recovery and commitment now, not her third round of rehab. It’s all over the news.” Aaron pointed the muted TV that hung on the far wall. Mohan took a deep breath. “You could’ve called and warned me there was a swarm of reporters out there.” “To tell you I didn’t set it up? You’d be even more pissed and wouldn’t believe me. I’m glad this happened. You’re a great artist, and people need to see that. You deserve to stay and really blow people away with your work. Rebuild your staff, and I think you’ll have more clients than you can handle. All I did was show those three girls my tattoo. The rest had nothing to do with my office or me. My sister and Blanca wanted to get their college rebellion badges even before Elody showed up. Why can’t you accept that good shit happens along with the bad?” “What are you talking about? A big coincidence?” Mohan’s anger mixed with belief that Aaron told the truth. A true public relations stunt would’ve gotten a photographer in the room to cover the tattoo in progress. Aaron had class, and he wasn’t corporate slime. “I know a lot of bad stuff has happened in your life, with your parents, your business ventures, and your asshole exes. But I’m not all bad. You’ve got to accept the good when it shows up.” Aaron stood and rounded the desk. Aaron’s strong hand on his forearm eased even more of Mohan’s tension. “You won’t face the bad. It’s all good up here with the suits. Trusting people, after what I’ve experienced, is harder than you think,” Mohan said. “I understand, but you can’t push me away too.” Aaron tugged Mohan’s arms loose and pulled him close. “I push back.” “In private, you push and take a lot. Then you fuck guys and act proud. My defenses developed because I didn’t hide. I confronted everything because I refused to ruin my life by

getting married with boys on the side. I could’ve been a suit and pleased others. Then I’d be miserable. At least this way, I’m honest.” Mohan carried the guilt of disappointing his Indian parents. As much as he loved his heritage, they wanted him to be what he couldn’t. What he simply wasn’t. If Aaron wanted him to be the weekend and after-hours boyfriend, then it was over here and now. Mohan couldn’t say the words, but the painful truth remained. Aaron pressed his forehead to Mohan’s. “Let’s be honest. I love you. As is. Anger and pride included. I also honestly love what I do. I play golf and own a Harley and a BMW. I wear expensive suits, work out, and sleep with a tattooed, tough Indian guy. Now I have a tattoo. That’s me. You can’t have some parts without the others. It’s a package deal.” Leaning in, Mohan braced on Aaron. He’d said the most intense stuff, and Mohan wanted to give in. He believed Aaron wanted to do anything to keep him, but there remained one huge obstacle. “I love you too. Package deal is fine, but it’s got to be a public one, or I can’t live with it. You talk big behind the scenes.” Aaron caught Mohan off guard with a slow, soft kiss. Giving in, Mohan pressed closer, kissing him deeper and deeper until they leaned on the desk. Suddenly Aaron grabbed for the phone. When Aaron pressed the phone to his ear, Mohan backed off. “Hi, this is Aaron in PR. I need a romantic table for two in ten minutes. Thanks.” Aaron hung up and held Mohan’s head in his hands. “Dinner? An actual date here in public. Okay?” Mohan looked down at his jeans and T-shirt. “I’m not dressed for it. I don’t have a jacket or anything to change into.” “Doesn’t matter. We’re still going. They won’t kick us out. This’ll help spread the word around the hotel. I really don’t need an announcement or a parade. This good enough?” Aaron took off his tie and threw it on the desk, and then unbuttoned his collar.

Mohan forgot about dinner for the moment and kissed Aaron’s exposed neck. The nagging fear of whom they’d see and what would be said about them hit him unexpectedly. It didn’t seem to bother Aaron at all, but they weren’t there yet. Mohan wanted action and not just a gesture. Now if Aaron managed it without shame or panic, nothing could be better.
***** Why hadn’t he seen it sooner? From the beginning, Mohan’s actions had been screaming Prove it! Maybe Aaron hadn’t been ready. Maybe his sister was a good influence. Maybe Mohan was the guy worth facing the music and coming out to all for. That had to be it. No one before Mohan had ever been worth the risk. This felt right. As they waited to be seated, Mohan glanced around as though on guard. “Okay?” Aaron asked. “The place isn’t for T-shirts and jeans. Showing what a brave guy you are?” Mohan looked down at his clothes. “You’re a celebrity now, no one cares. The clothes are part of the tattoo artist image. Don’t screw with what works.” Aaron ran his hand along Mohan’s back in full view of the restaurant staff and guests. It wasn’t as hard as he thought. Mohan made it natural. “Mr. Chase, your table is ready. Right this way.” The maître d’ led the way. Their table had a great view of the strip. It also happened to be front and center in the dining area. “Champagne?” the waiter offered. Mohan waved it off. “I’ve got to get back to work tonight. All that press.” “Your staff can handle it for one night. No reason to look too available. That’s free advice. Be hard to get -- for others.” “Is that what you were playing?” Mohan took a drink of water as the waiter lit a candle on the table.

“White wine.” Aaron told the waiter, compromising. “Very good, sir.” The waiter left and returned promptly with menus and the wine. After sampling the wine, Aaron watched as the waiter poured it. Mohan studied his menu. They both ordered soup and the pasta special. “You’re not comfortable?” Aaron asked after the waiter left. “I don’t usually eat here. Out in public with you is good, but here? You sure go for broke, don’t you?” Mohan drank half a glass of water in a single gulp. “Next time, you pick. Some compromise is good, and I love the food here.” Aaron settled in enough to look around and spotted Regan. Of all the luck, his boss came to dinner here tonight. He couldn’t have planned it better. “Do you like Indian food?” Mohan asked. “I’ve never had authentic.” Aaron focused on the man across from him. If Regan saw, he saw. Let him come over and say something. Odds dictated he’d assume they were negotiating the lease terms, but Aaron actually wanted Regan to approach. He wanted it all out so he could prove to Mohan he wasn’t afraid. “I’ve got the perfect place. Real spicy if you can handle it.” “I can handle anything.” The soup and bread arrived. They dug in. Aaron hadn’t realized how hungry he was. He’d skipped lunch because of Elody and hadn’t eaten since breakfast. “This is the best French onion soup I’ve ever had.” Mohan grabbed another roll. “Glad you’re not hating this. It’s a big day, and you deserve it.” A shadow fell on the table. Aaron looked up. Regan had noticed and now stood over them. “Don’t mean to interrupt. You two work out the terms of the lease renewal?” Regan asked enthusiastically.

Immediately Aaron felt Mohan’s challenging eyes on him. The room grew hot. The point of no return had arrived. Aaron reached over and put a hand on Mohan’s. “Actually, no. It’s a date. You’ll have to assign someone else to negotiate the terms. It’d be a clear conflict of interest for me to do it.” He held Mohan’s hand waiting for Regan’s reaction. “Oh. Okay, I’ll put someone on it first thing in the morning. Glad you told me.” Regan looked them over quickly. “Do you golf, Mohan?” “I’m sorry, what?” Mohan asked. “Golf. Do you play? We’ve got this charity event on Sunday, and we’re short one. Odd groups aren’t ideal. You’d make an even foursome.” “No, sorry, I don’t golf.” Mohan looked to Aaron. Regan shrugged. “Worth a shot. Maybe Aaron can teach you. Very relaxing game. Have a good evening.” He headed to the door. “Good night,” Aaron said. “Golf?” Mohan asked. “This really should be harder on me. You have a problem with Regan?” Aaron asked. Mohan shook his head. “He invited me to play golf?” “Yeah. That’s not what I expected either, but I told you those guys don’t talk personal stuff. He only thinks it’s relevant because of the lease deal. He doesn’t want you to have any reason to sue or break the lease if we split up. I would’ve made a foursome joke, but that might’ve been pushing it too far. You don’t have to play golf. It’s just an excuse for most of them to drink, spend money, and be away from their wives. He was being nice in his own way.” “But you’re going?” “I’m not very good. I do it for the connections; tons of deals get made out there. Celebs do these charity events all the time. It’s something they enjoy, and it makes them look

generous to a needy group. You should come and drive the cart at least. You’ll be a celebrity driver.” “It’ll be all over the hotel about us in a few hours,” Mohan said. “Probably less. Isn’t that what you wanted?” “I didn’t think it’d actually happen. I figured you’d chicken out.” Aaron understood Mohan’s fear. “I’m not afraid of what others think. I don’t care. I never wanted to listen to it before. We’re bound to get some comments. You’re worth it.” The waiter took away the soup bowls and delivered the entrees. “More wine?” “No, thanks.” Aaron smiled. “We’ve had enough. Water is fine.” “Enjoy.” The waiter headed off, and the men ate in a comfortable silence. Aaron studied Mohan’s furrowed brow. “After dinner, you’re coming back to my office.” “I’ve got to check on the shop.” “Call and tell them you’ll be in tomorrow. Too much is going on.” “You sure are pushy.” “You love it.”

Chapter Six
After dinner, Mohan put work on hold and went with Aaron back to his office. The reality of so much publicity would sink in over the next week or so. What Aaron had demonstrated today blew Mohan away even more! The sensation of calm threw him off balance, but he knew what he wanted. This was the real thing he’d been looking for. The right man had finally shown up in his life! As the office door closed, Mohan pushed Aaron up against it and kissed him with a full body press. Shifting his angle to kiss Aaron one way and then another, Mohan never wanted to stop. The hard feel of Aaron’s muscles holding onto him made Mohan hard. He felt safe and complete. How long had it been since he’d fucked Aaron? Mohan didn’t remember. A day, maybe, and the deprivation gnawed at him. Pushing the jacket off Aaron’s shoulders, Mohan worked down the buttons of his shirt and shoved it off. The tattoo caught his attention -healing well, no sign of infection. There was something very sensual about inking his lover. Mohan wanted to do it again and explore every inch of skin, making memories as they went along.

Mohan had designed and inked thousands of tattoos, but none meant more. None had a more intimate connection than this one. “How’s it feel?” “Fine, a little itchy.” Aaron looked down. “Does it look okay?” “Perfect healing progress.” Mohan slid his hand down Aaron’s hard abs and cupped his cock. Massaging it through his pants, Mohan scattered kisses over Aaron’s chest and around the tattoo. “I need more,” Aaron groaned. “You’ll get it.” Mohan undid Aaron’s pants. The slacks fell to the floor, and Mohan pushed Aaron’s briefs down with them as he dropped to his knees. “I meant more tattoos.” Aaron laughed. Mohan tongued Aaron’s balls and held his long cock firmly in his palm. “You need this now. More ink can wait, but you’ll get it. I can’t imagine a better canvas.” Aaron’s hand dug into Mohan’s hair and pulled him closer to his cock. Mohan sucked the thick head into his mouth and rolled it around his tongue. He didn’t want to rush things. “Get me off. You’re driving me crazy,” Aaron said through clenched teeth. “Relax and enjoy.” Mohan worked down another inch and swept his tongue along the sides before teasing the head further. Aaron’s hips jerked. “Fuck me with your mouth.” “Bossy, but tonight maybe you earned it.” Mohan moved down to suck his balls until Aaron bucked up. “Tease.” Aaron took a deep breath and fought for control. Whether it was pity for Aaron or Mohan’s own demanding erection, Mohan moved up and sucked Aaron down to the base. He fucked Aaron fast, wanting to taste his cum as badly as he wanted to fuck Aaron on that fancy leather sofa. Biting his lip, Aaron came in Mohan’s mouth. Mohan rolled the warm liquid around the head of Aaron’s cock and slowly swallowed. The reality overwhelmed him. Aaron’s

passion and strength made Mohan believe he’d stay. It freed him on more levels than he thought possible. “Stop playing.” Aaron arched back on the door and thrust into Mohan’s mouth. “You’ll get your turn.” Mohan licked his way up Aaron’s body, plotting every muscle and freckle. “You wanted to be sucked and fucked in your fancy office. My suit has a naughty side, and I’m going to explore it.” Aaron looked him in the eye. “Right now, I want to be alone at your place where I can scream my head off.” “Later. Enjoy office sex while you can. I’ll be too busy with my customers tomorrow.” Mohan kissed him and turned him toward the sofa. He pushed Aaron back until he lay lengthwise, with his tight ass propped up on the arm. “What are you going to do, work me through every position in the Kama Sutra?” Aaron stared up at Mohan. “Get naked.” “Not now.” Mohan opened his fly and rubbed his hard cock against Aaron’s. “We’re just getting started.” Both men watched the play intently, but Mohan’s control slipped. He pressed his cock lower and spread Aaron’s ass as he lifted and rocked into his lover. Mohan entered him fully and leaned in to kiss Aaron wherever he could reach. Easing his hips back, Mohan refused to rush. Slowly he penetrated Aaron again. The suit grabbed Mohan’s arms and pulled up. Their eyes connected, and Mohan knew this would last, slow or fast. Arguing or in complete agreement, he and Aaron would work it out and stay together. Thrusting faster, he wanted to head home too. While this fed a certain territorial need and kinky fantasy of his, they’d made their statement in public and now needed to be alone. Fucking Aaron harder, Mohan felt him tighten his grip on Mohan’s cock and arms. As he watched Aaron come, Mohan held still to get the full effect. Then he began fucking Aaron for his own relief. No one had ever gone as far for him as Aaron, and no one

had ever turned him on so completely. Mohan never had this sort of luck, but Aaron was here and felt as strongly about things. They’d never agree on everything, but where it counted, they worked. The release shot through Mohan like he’d touched live wires. His skin hummed as he collapsed against Aaron on the slippery leather sofa. “Home,” he said. “Yours or mine?” Aaron’s hands roamed Mohan’s back. “Yours. I want to see the luxury behind the suit and ride your Harley for a change.” Mohan kissed above the tattoo on Aaron’s chest and stood up. If they stayed too long, he’d be tempted to start things up again.
***** Aaron never expected to feel nervous about showing Mohan his condo. After all the stuff they’d been through that day, this should be the easy part. Mohan had been so open about his life, home, and opinions that Aaron wanted to be equally revealing. As Mohan wandered through the functional condo that some would label luxurious, Aaron followed. He waited for the label of snob because of his clothes. There were other areas he felt deficient in. He didn’t own as much art as Mohan, and his place was not nearly as comfortable. But it was home. In the bedroom, Mohan kicked off his shoes and pulled off his T-shirt, leaving the clothing scattered. “You’re a neat freak? I should’ve known.” The corners of his lips turned up slightly. “Hardly. I have a cleaning service once a week. They were in earlier today, so you’re lucky. I just couldn’t keep up with it. When I left this morning, the place looked like a sandstorm hit it. Be as messy as you want.” Aaron pulled back the covers on the bed. Mohan undid his jeans and let them fall. He stepped out of the clothing and eased down to the king-size bed on his back. “Get in here.”

The man dazzled Aaron at how at home he looked anywhere. Undressing quickly, Aaron climbed into bed and indulged in what he’d been imagining since his office. Pressing his naked body to Mohan’s from toe to head, he kissed Mohan softly, indulging in a slower pace that they’d never seemed to have before. No way would Mohan leave tonight. Aaron planned to hold onto him permanently. Slowly, he kissed his way down Mohan’s inked torso. A design spiraled into Mohan’s left nipple, and Aaron wondered if it had hurt. Somehow, Aaron couldn’t envision Mohan without the ink. He wouldn’t change a spot. Finally, he reached the area of Mohan’s body where Aaron’s brain left and lust took over. He ran his tongue up the length of Mohan’s cock like a lollipop and teased the tip. “Come here.” Mohan tried to pull him up. “No, it’s your turn.” Aaron sucked his swollen erection while he toyed with Mohan’s balls. One day he’d hear the story of every one of Mohan’s tattoos. For now, he’d enjoy screwing the inked man in his bed. Mohan moaned and sat up suddenly, pulling Aaron’s body around so they were in a sixty-nine. His mouth found Mohan’s cock again, and Aaron groaned as Mohan began to suck his balls. As much as Aaron needed to please Mohan, the mutual relief hit him hard. Aaron focused on Mohan’s body and took his time. Rolling Mohan’s balls until he lifted, Aaron sucked his cock harder and worked the lower half with his hand. His tongue abused the top of Mohan’s cock until he cursed. Aaron didn’t let up. He worked at Mohan’s cock until he couldn’t suck him anymore, and Mohan’s hands held tight on his ass. Finally, Aaron felt the man below him jerk up. The reward of hot cum sprayed on Aaron’s tongue. He squeezed every drop and massaged the cock until Mohan recovered enough to start up again. As the taste of Mohan’s cum lingered on his tongue, need pulsed through Aaron. Aaron expected Mohan to flip him and fuck him. Maybe request a toy. Instead, Mohan swallowed Aaron’s cock to the base and guided Aaron’s hips so he literally fucked Mohan’s

throat. Aaron mustered all of his self-control and let Mohan run the show. Few men could do that so naturally. The excruciatingly slow pace Mohan set made Aaron’s muscles vibrate with tension. Deep inside Mohan, Aaron felt the constant suction push him to the edge. “Mohan, I’m going to come.” He pulled back slowly. Mohan released his mouth and jerked Aaron’s cock roughly with his hand. Aaron’s hips snapped hard, and he came all over Mohan’s chest. A thrill shot through Aaron as he marked, even temporarily, the man he loved. Catching his breath, Aaron rolled off and stared at Mohan in awe. Wet drops glistened against his dark chest and even darker tattoos. When a little energy returned, he crawled up and kissed him. It was going to be a very long night. “You realize I have to work in the morning,” Aaron said. Mohan grinned. “I don’t work until noon. You might have to take a morning off. Better yet, call in sick, because you’re not getting any sleep tonight. So where do you hide your sex toys from the cleaning lady?” Aaron opened the nightstand drawer and pulled out a copy of the Kama Sutra. “No toys yet, but I have a few questions,” he said. Glancing at the book, Mohan smiled. “You’ll only hurt yourself.” “That’s a question. How the hell do people get into these positions without hurting themselves?” “Years of yoga for the more acrobatic things. It’s all about flexibility. You would strain some very tender muscles.” “And you wouldn’t?” Aaron asked. Mohan climbed out of bed and put a pillow on the floor. He stretched out in a Superman-style pose until he was horizontal with the floor. Then he moved fluidly into a full handstand and lowered himself until he rested his head on the pillow.

The position aroused Aaron in a whole new way. An upside-down man was unique. “Is this like tantric meditation or something?” Mohan chuckled. “You want kink, suit, I’ll give it to you. Tantra was an ancient cult that broke the rules with group and ritualized sex. It’s not really done now in India, but Americans love the sex part. The true meaning was finding the pleasure in all things because they were gifts from the gods.” Aaron stood next to Mohan’s body and touched his strong legs and teased his sac. “You can do some of the Kama Sutra positions, though?” Mohan let his legs fall onto Aaron’s shoulders, one on each side of his head. Aaron braced his stance as Mohan lifted until he stood on his hands. “I don’t remember this position.” Yet Aaron’s hand reached out and stroked Mohan’s cock. “I trust you. Don’t let me down.” Aaron wanted to collapse back in bed and suck Mohan, but the trust and play was too special. Mohan stood hard, and Aaron wanted to please him. He stroked Mohan’s cock with one hand while his other hand held Mohan’s legs. Aaron kissed the strong flesh and fought not to be lost in Mohan’s scent. His hand worked faster, and Aaron felt Mohan’s body stiffen and shake. “Should I put you down?” Aaron feared a fall. Mohan groaned. “Hold on. You can do it.” Aaron felt more weight sag as Mohan’s body vibrated, and he came in Aaron’s palm. Suddenly Mohan seemed to go limp; his arms held on and eased his chest to the floor. Aaron followed the trend, letting Mohan’s legs follow. The sight of Mohan’s strong body so flexible and free had Aaron’s cock throbbing. “You’re amazing.”

“You will be too. We’ll start on your yoga tomorrow. We’ll get to try out your favorites in the book with a little work.” “Only if it’s naked yoga.” Aaron couldn’t take his eyes off Mohan’s ideal form. “Half and half. You have to earn the naked part.” Mohan rolled into a cross-legged sitting pose on the floor. “Why don’t we try a little bit now. Do this.” Aaron grew fully hard just watching Mohan bend and flex. “I’m ready for something else.” “You’ve got to start sometime. Down on the floor.” Mohan pulled him down. Aaron knelt on the floor ready to get a blowjob. “Get like this.” Mohan remained in the position with his hands relaxed on his knees and back straight. It didn’t look too hard, Aaron tried to imitate it, but he couldn’t bend as easily as Mohan. “I can’t.” “It’s a start. Don’t fight it, get as close as you can, and relax.” Aaron tried to do as instructed, but the desired posture seemed out of reach now. “Then what?” “Close your eyes and focus on your muscles.” Mohan’s strong voice made Aaron’s relax. He closed his eyes and did his best to hold the position. The heat of Mohan’s hands on his shoulders made Aaron gasp. Gentle massaging motions continued down his arms and onto his thighs. Aaron refused to let his hips snap up even as his cock pulsed for attention. Some muscles were much harder to control than others. Mohan’s hand worked over Aaron’s calves and even stroked his feet. Then the strong hands glided down Aaron’s chest and stomach, massaging the hips, and around to his erection so desperate for relief. “Clear your mind and try to stay in that position. Focus on my hand.” Mohan stroked Aaron’s cock, but nowhere else did their bodies make contact.

The intensity threw Aaron, and he leaned back against the soft covers but corrected himself to sit up straight. The erotic angle of Mohan’s hand being the only contact with his body was better than he could’ve imagined. Aaron’s head rocked back, and he held the general posture as Mohan worked him harder and harder, pushing him to the edge but pulling him back from the brink. “Tell me when you’re ready,” Mohan whispered. “Ready?” Aaron asked. “To come. You’re mine now; I can push you over the edge at any time. Enjoy it. You’re in the zone. Let it happen.” Aaron acknowledged he must be in some sort of zone. He let Mohan work him and lost track of time until the stimulation just wasn’t enough anymore. “Now, please.” Mohan’s hands shifted, and Aaron felt a deep change as he came in a long, slow orgasm. “What the hell?” Aaron opened his eyes and saw Mohan sitting across from him with a smile. “That was mind-blowing,” Aaron said. “I know. You lasted a lot longer than I expected.” Mohan flexed his wrist. “Did I give you carpal tunnel?” Mohan shook his head. “If I haven’t gotten it from inking, you won’t do it to me. Now it’s my turn.”

Chapter Seven Three months later…
Mohan hung up the phone and muttered in Hindi. “What?” Aaron put the dinner plates in the sink. “My cousin is getting married.” Mohan went into his studio and sat on the bed. Things with Aaron had been great. He’d even met the East Coast family without tragedy. Now Mohan might have to face his own family very soon. Aaron followed and sat next to him. “That’s great. So when and where is she getting married?” “L.A., in two months. We’re both invited.” The knot in his stomach grew and twisted. Why could he handle Aaron’s family without anxiety, but his own made him crazy? In truth, the idea of facing his own family didn’t seem as impossible as it had before Aaron. “Your family knows about me?” Aaron grinned. “My cousins and I still talk. They understand my situation. That’s all I can expect right now. This is a big traditional Indian wedding.” Mohan couldn’t believe they’d invited him and his boyfriend. The potential of a confrontation at a wedding seemed a good reason not to

and an even better reason for him not to go. His parents would insult Aaron and probably blame him, even though Aaron was the best thing that’d ever happened to Mohan. “I’ve never been to an Indian wedding. So you’ll coach me on how not to offend people. I can behave if I know the rules. Will your parents be there?” Mohan nodded and felt Aaron’s hand rest on his shoulder. That helped more than any words, and Mohan exhaled. “My parents won’t make a scene at the wedding, but there will be a lecture with a scene somewhere during the visit. You’ll get an earful too. My mother has no restraint.” “Can’t wait to meet them. Whatever they throw at me, I’ll handle with tact and charm.” Aaron leaned in and kissed Mohan’s neck. The pressure went beyond attending the wedding as a guest. “My cousin wants me to do the Mehendi.” “Is that important?” Mohan laughed. Aaron had taken to Indian food well enough, but there wasn’t much of the traditional in their lives. Just a few Indian friends in the Vegas gay community he’d met through Aaron. They were mostly businessmen, but he didn’t hold that against them. “The tattooing of the bride is very important. It’s very intricate and important for a wedding. There are days of ceremonies.” “You’re the perfect choice for that. They’re really inviting me? So do I wear a tux or a suit?” Aaron asked. “I’ll get you an outfit that’s appropriate. My cousin will send you a separate invitation and tell the older family members you’re a work colleague. Of course, once they see us together, it’ll be obvious, but it’ll solve any invitation problems, and once you’re there, it’s too late. I told her not to lie on our account, and odds are the elders will assume by your name you’re just a friend from work, so we’re safe.” Mohan got up and dug into his supply bins. He always kept ingredients to mix on hand. “I need to practice.”

“As long as I get to be there with you and meet your family, we’ll be fine,” Aaron said. “If they can’t tell what I am to you, then they’re blind. Will you relax about this henna stuff? You’re a pro.” “No, this is very different and important. It’s not hard. Usually the bride’s friends and family do it. One big night of teasing the bride and telling her what to expect and how to please her new husband while they apply it. I can’t screw up. A good application can last weeks. Take off your shirt.” Aaron pulled off his gray T-shirt. “If this is some weird sex game, you can count on me.” Mohan’s scolding glance silenced Aaron. “People will see your hands. Don’t need them thinking we got married, right? Your hands are too big anyway.” “Some think that’s a good thing.” Aaron’s jokes didn’t diminish the need to practice. “It’s not good for practicing henna that’ll go on the bride’s delicate hands. She didn’t say the groom needed any done. I’ll just work on technique.” Mohan set up and picked a classic wedding pattern from an old book. He decorated Aaron’s chest with the delicate reddish stain. “What do you think?” Aaron nodded. “Impressive detail and no needles. Does it mean something?” “It’s a bridal pattern. Traditional for luck and symbolizing the sacred union. A lot of the time, guests will get it done as well. There are a lot of variations, but my cousin’s wedding is important. It’s the first family event I’ve been invited to in ten years. I can’t screw up.” “You won’t. Everyone will be blown away, and I’ll be my usual charming self. What else can I expect?” Mohan shrugged. “It can’t be totally traditional in Los Angeles. I don’t think they’ll be able to march an elephant to the bride’s home.” Aaron laughed. “You’re kidding?”

“Not at all. One day maybe you’ll see India for yourself. For now, prepare yourself for chanting, a big sacred fire, and the bride wearing red.” “Interesting. Where is it? A big church?” “I don’t know the name of the temple where they’re having the ceremony. That’s the easy part. We just watch the ceremony. It’s after that’ll be a challenge, mingling with others and the comments. Things can get rowdy later at night.” “So no dancing with you or making out until the old ones leave?” Aaron asked. “The bride and groom don’t even kiss when they are married. It’s just not done; no public affection for anyone. I’ve got a video of my aunt’s wedding we can watch later so you know what to expect. I really need to get comfortable with the Mehendi first. I haven’t done this in a while.” “Practice all you want. But first, let me have a try.” Aaron took the applicator and pulled Mohan’s shirt up. “Press gently to the skin, but squeeze firmly on the back of the applicator so it comes out even. Try to keep it lined up and steady.” Mohan’s tattoos had been done by some of the best in the industry, but he trusted Aaron with anything. Time and again, Aaron proved to know what Mohan needed when he didn’t know himself. Looking down, Mohan laughed. Aaron had tattooed his name on the little bare space available. Before, Mohan never understood why people tattooed lovers’ names on their bodies. He saw why now. “You’re trying to mark your territory?” Mohan asked. “Can’t hurt.” Aaron kissed him. “This is sexy, inking you for a change.” Mohan let the warmth of Aaron’s touch spread. All the tension over the wedding evaporated. He’d go with Aaron for his cousin. He suspected his cousin made the request to try to heal the family. It could fail. His parents were stubborn, but Mohan appreciated the effort and couldn’t offend the bride. Whatever his parents had to say, they’d meet Aaron. His

entire family would face the truth, and Mohan wouldn’t be alone in his stand. There was no danger or fear now. Not with Aaron by his side. “You know, part of Mehendi is hiding the groom’s name in the design on the bride so he can find it later. I think you were Indian in a past life.” Mohan watched Aaron’s name sink into his skin. “Maybe I’ll get a real tattoo like this.” “You don’t have to do that. You have enough ink.” Aaron stripped off his shorts, laid back, and offered his entire bare body for more practice. “Maybe I want to. I only get tats that mean something to me, remember.” Mohan dotted a pattern down Aaron’s hard stomach and flared off over his hips. Aaron looked up and their eyes locked. “Then I want a matching one with your name. Plenty of room.” “Be careful, or I’ll put my full name in huge letters across your back.” Mohan meant it. He didn’t want to give him up or hide him. Aaron was his other half. “The gods weren’t punishing me. I’m just impatient.” “What are you talking about?” Aaron asked. “All my life, I wanted the right man to show up and make life easier to deal with. You took a damn long time getting here. I was beginning to think I’d ruined my chances by upsetting my parents.” Aaron leaned in and kissed him. “You are who you are. No one punishes you for that. At least, they shouldn’t. I understand the frustration; it’s so much easier to deal with family when you’ve got someone on your side. Now are you going to get mushy on me, or are you going to ink me?” His cock grew hard as Mohan neared it. “You’re not going to ink my dick, are you?” Aaron asked. Mohan grinned. “No, but your ass is definitely going to get it.” Aaron’s fully hard cock impeded the progress, and Mohan tongued the head. Aaron lifted his hips. “I thought this was practice for the wedding.”

“It is. Working with and around obstacles, like birthmarks or moles, is part of it. I’ll wear you out with sex all night if I have to in order to get around your erection.” He sucked in the erection and focused on releasing Aaron even as his own cock grew hard. Fucking Aaron with his mouth, Mohan kept his lips tight around the head and swallowed every drop of cum as Aaron climaxed. Clearly, Aaron was turned on by the intimate act, and Mohan wanted to make a night of the play. Mohan tried to return to inking, ignoring his own hard-on, but Aaron refused to cooperate. Pulling open Mohan’s fly, Aaron sucked and licked until Mohan’s body shook with need. Despite the intense pleasure, Mohan held his focus and inked his name upside down onto Aaron’s shoulder blade in an intricate pattern with a fairly steady hand. He finished the inking in time to come in Aaron’s wet mouth. “We could do this all night.” Aaron kissed his spent cock. “All weekend really. Unfortunately, I do need to practice.” Mohan reached into the toy drawer and pulled out a thick dildo. Spreading on a little lube, he slowly slid it into Aaron’s ass in a twisting motion. “You feel a lot better in my ass. What’s that for? You want me hard while you practice?” Mohan positioned Aaron on all fours with his great ass sticking up, spread by the wide toy. “It helps stretch things so I can ink your ass. You don’t get the real cock fucking you want until I’m done, and the ink is dry. I like you exposed and aroused. Sometimes we rush and need to slow down. Part of Mehendi is talking about sex, so talk while I work.” “Oh, God.” Aaron moaned into the pillows. “Have it your way. I’d much rather have you fuck me slow all night and tease me until I can’t take it anymore, than being stuffed by a piece of rubber. But I’d let you do anything to me. Except leave. I couldn’t take that.”

Mohan ran his hands along Aaron’s strong sides. “I’m not leaving. You’re stuck with me, and that’s a good start, but be careful what you wish for. This stuff has to dry for three to four hours, and then I get to scrape you.” “Is that a euphemism?” Aaron looked back with concern. “Nope. I scrape off the excess and let it set. At that point, you can sit and touch it, but no getting it wet until tomorrow. It’ll last a good long time so I can enjoy it.” Mohan pinched his thigh. “Are you sure you’re not hiding a secret S&M fetish from me? Warn me if you’re going to go Dom, okay?” Mohan laughed and pulled the cone-shaped applicator away. “I want you here because you want to be here. I love you, but I don’t like the idea of telling you what to do.” “Some people like it. I don’t necessarily want to crawl around calling you Master, but I spend a lot of time on my hands and knees already, so we’re halfway there.” “There are other positions, if you prefer.” Mohan set the cone down and moved to sit in front of Aaron. “Or are you asking to be spanked?” Aaron looked up. “I’m just saying I love you too. If there’s something extra kinky you want to try, I’m in. Positions or paddles. I don’t want you to get bored with me. I want us to stay together. Maybe we’re not ready for sacred fire and a marching elephant, but we work, even if I am just some corporate stiff who likes golf.” “The stiff part is working for me right now.” Mohan leaned down and kissed him gently, threading his fingers through Aaron’s hair. He wanted to possess Aaron and keep him forever. “I put my name in the design on your shoulder. As for kink, I’ll never be bored with you. We’ve barely gone through the top layer of my toy chest. And you need a lot more yoga practice if you want to play with the Kama Sutra more. It’s just starting, Aaron. It never ends.” Aaron lifted his left hand and spread it on Mohan’s chest. “Do it.”

“It lasts for weeks, remember. Everyone will see it. Not very corporate for your image. I’ll do your feet next. We do the bride’s feet as well.” Mohan reached for the applicator. Aaron grabbed it from Mohan with his right hand, and squeezed three dots onto the ring finger of his left hand, then three more next to it. Mohan sat back speechless. It almost resembled a wedding band tattoo. When Aaron tried to dot between his fingers, Mohan took the cone back. He could argue, tell Aaron he was crazy, but it felt right. To Aaron’s credit, when he went after something, he went full force at it. Mohan finished the work to complete the ring on Aaron’s finger. Then he put the same simple pattern on his own left ring finger. His chest felt warm, and it was harder to breathe, but he’d never been so happy in his life. Aaron pulled Mohan down and kissed him deeper. “This Mehendi thing is definitely sexy and meaningful.” “Yeah.” Mohan floated in a blissful state as the dye soaked into their hands, but reality set in as well. “I should do a bigger pattern on your hand, or people will think we got married or something.” With a grin, Aaron pulled his hand out of reach. “Let them think what they want. This is perfect. You can do something elaborate on my feet. But I think at work on Monday, you’ll do the real deal. Permanent ink bands.” He kissed and nipped at Mohan’s fingers. “And you think I’m dominant. You’re very sure of this?” Mohan had thought nothing would be better than living with Aaron, but the reality of forever with Aaron, and the change of making it work with his family, felt beyond anything he’d imagined. Without Aaron, he’d never have dreamed of attending the wedding, but now he could face anything. He tenderly kissed Aaron’s hands. “Of course. Some things are meant to be forever. You can get someone at your shop to do yours if you can’t ink yourself. I won’t try that, unless it’s too soon to take this step. Are we ready?”

“We’re more than ready. If anyone at work asks, you’re the bride.” Mohan picked out a new pattern and went back to working on his masterpiece. “And if you’re lucky, someday you’ll get to see my paddle.”
