Name Cut-ups Cut-ups are a way to randomly pick out words and form a sentence, name, haiku, etc. Below and on the following page are blank blocks where you can write words that interest you. Cut the squares, write the words, and place these into a bowl. Randomly pick out one word at a time to form the name that you want. Make sure to add descriptive words as well as nouns to your divining bowl. If you are having trouble choosing between two or more names, write each name down on a seperate piece of paper and set these outside on a table. At the end of the day, go out and see which paper has not been blown off the table. If all the names have been blown away, look around yourself. The gods may have another name for you and they will make it known if you only open your eyes and pay attention. If two or all the papers remain then the issue is undecided. Repeat setting the papers out the next day or leave them out overnight and return in the morning.
